I just broke upper clips and after assembly it's not even visible. This device is a nightmare. I'm transferring to decent brands in case of any device issue. It's counterintuitive, but I cannot afford such a cheap shit.

I gave up lol fk this too much for a man who doesnt have that time. Yeah just do the strong blower just make sure the power is off, remove the filter open the lid and make sure you have like a stick to hold the fans in place while blowing.

Extremely difficult to disassemble for cleansing. A very stupid design. It looks good on the outside but not paying attention to easy of maintenance or ownership. They just don't care.....

Managed to undo the whole thing without breaking any clips, but i still couldn’t separate the sode panels from the top. After you open the first 4 clips, there’s a central catch. After that you can stick your hand inside and slowly apply force in the middle of the panel to make it curve. it will release the next set of clips

Fukin xiaomi its design to dispose it doest have an access u really have to break the clips in order to acces the fan wat a waste of money

I took it out to my balcony, wore a mask, closed the windows, started the air purifier at full speed, and pointed my blow dryer at full speed on the purifier fan from above the grill and all the dust inside blew out of the purifier. It does not clean perfectly but it's good enough.

Took 3 hours to dismantle and clean. What a xiaomi nightmare. For the bottom 2 panel sides, I got someone to hold it apart rather tightly, in order to see the clip. Vertically downwards, I used my tiniest screwdriver to fit and angle into the clip to take them apart. There's also that center portion/catch, just use a small screwdriver to push down and out. Hope this helps a bit!

Yep, xiaomi purposely make it hard to clean so that you either, 1) buy new purifier when it got dirty OR, 2) send to their service support for some fee. Some bs right there.
