My family and I live on a rural central Mississippi farm. We want our channel to show people everywhere some of the things that take place in the rural south. On our channel we will show things like: equipment we own and display how we use it, minor equipment repairs, firewood cutting and splitting, farming/gardening & just about anything else that has to do with the outdoors. We promise to always try to keep our channel interesting and informative. We would love for you to join us as we embark on this adventure together. Thank you and we hope to show you the Real Rural.

I am using my Kubota M7060 with a John Deere MX8 Clipper to bush hog (clip) some tall grass on my farm.

Whenever your in a tractor a pine changes states of composition. They become rubber trees and are hard to deal with. LOL. I tend to sometimes carry a chainsaw mounted to the rotary cutter.

It is. I bought it last summer. They had a M7060 and a M4-71. The dealer told me that the 7060 had more hp at the pto.

From middle Mississippi myself and have a little land. Never understood why people just say fudge it and mess peoples land up and possibly harm cattle. I have walked up on few that decided to welcome themselves to the property.

I never thought about useing an tractor to stop trespasors
Yeah Chris, I've had to use bulldozers too.We had to dig ditches to keep night hunters (spot-lighters) out of our fields. I've also had to build a lot fence to stop it too. Thank you for watching.

I live on a dead end road in the country our biggest problem is from people dumping trash. We have six families on the road one way in one way out. If we hear a gunshot we automatically take our cars and tractors and block the road so they can get away. All my videos are what I call director cuts I don't bother to edit. Later
We have terrible problem with people dumping trash too. I really wonder about people sometimes. It’s good that you and your neighbors can help one another out like that. Thank you for watching and I’ll check your videos out.
big trusty bota to the rescue

If I had several acres for cattle, I would keep the sage grass cut so pasture grasses could grow and eliminate a huge fire hazard.
You are right, I keep a portion of it clipped really low where we feed the cows during the winter. I put a firelane around the remainder and burn it off in February. Thank you for watching.
My grandfather had a person shoot one of his cows spotting and shooting at deer at night. The farm was in michigan.
It's ashamed that we have to put up with hateful people doing hateful things. We just have to do what we can to keep it from happening. I really appreciate you watching - Thank you.

@@realrural7876 been through there. Pretty country. Used to come up there for bluegrass festivals and such. Hunted for years with dogs on paper company land. When the hunting clubs took it all I sold the dogs and quit deer hunting. I would never be caught up in hunting on roads around houses. They still do it out here close to Wiggins. I’m a passivist now I guess. They come all around my house but I don’t hunt them. Hey I still love the sausage!
@@Rip1Outdoors I understand that. I’ve become more of a watcher myself. As far as the dog hunters, there are good ones and there are terrible ones. The terrible ones give the good ones a bad image.

There's a cure for that type of trespassing, I find them on mine and I'll they'll bleed for the privilege. No excuse for that kind of behavior.

That one piece should split great on the splitter, my 22 ton splits those with no problem

Looks like a great place to haul out some firewood. Muddy sticks are a problem with the mud and dirt, but thats why they make sharpening files.

I knew the owner because I purchase most of my gasoline there, so I just asked her if she would be interested in selling camp fire bundles. She was hesitant at first until I showed her one, then she was on board to try it. She started out with 6 or 7 bundles at first, just to see how they would sell. She called me back a few weeks later and asked if I would bring more, said she enjoyed selling them. Thank you for watching.

Yeah, we have them up in NH as well... They are very careful, they only run with one license plate and the rear one dirty, so if you have a camera up you can't get it. They are gone by the time the game warden shows up...

@@realrural7876 pei canada the big kubota province what left at my kubota dealer lots lol all empty has to get the 4th ship loads again wich hes not having hard time getting them but selling as quickly gets into the yard but deere and newhollands arnt selling as many here any more because there overpriced and kubotas here were thousands and thousands of dollars less wich why kubota sells there product at affordable price wich is the greatest thing with kubotas plus they ghave best discounts too and saves money with any attachments with it plus as kubota allways says Kubota For Earth' For Life

Nice walking tour, when we had cattle (600-700 head) the deer would eat right beside the cattle from the feed bunks. Yes film it please
We live on a rural road, but its got plenty of homes. We do have soybean, corn, and hay fields across from us. They shoot them in the fields, drive away, and comeback later to drag them out. Just like you, I would still rather live in the country, than in town or in the city.

You are exactly right my friend. Here we have the problem of the law hunting with the ones breaking the law. No help or recourse to stop it.
I understand why.. I had a hay field next to me when I was a kid I never did anything destructive to his field.. I helped him bail it every summer, sad we have individuals around that don't respect other people's property

Good to see your son running the tractor! He’s doing good! Ive used a wheel hay rake to work in seed, it actually does pretty well. Ive seen some really big deer here this fall! Some people have started seeing Elk here. I dread that, they will be torture on hay fields and fences. Take care buddy!
I’ve never thought about using a rake to do that. I bet that would work. We are starting to get black bears here. It’s a 300-350lb. raccoon. Not good. Thank you for watching.

Hour and half. My kids go to the games all the time. I used to but just got tired of the crowd.
I have only been hunting 2 times. Was the best time with my Dad.. Should get him out more offton and a break from the shop/ office.. Maybe next year will be better for both if us.. Another good video from you keep them coming and we will watch.. Thanks for letting us tag along..

Yeah, this one is a 55 gallon and I wish it was a 100. I don’t use it as much as I used to.
