CARGO BIKE BUILD | DIY cargo bike frame | Pinoy Made
This is the 3rd episode of the CARGO BIKE BUILD. This series of videos will be from frame mod/building to assembling/installing the custom made part and store bought bike parts. A PINOY MADE - DIY CARGO BIKE FRAME.
I have started with a strandard 26er steel frame, build it into a long john style cargo bike, its going to be all steel, so i will try my best to come up with the most reliable design, make sure the frame is rigid and true and manageable weight. This is my first cargo bike build so i will be learning a lot along the way. i hope my videos will help you avoid making my mistakes if you plan to build a cargo bike as well.

I bought a pair of these pedals and was surprised at how stiff they were. I've also bought two pairs of Promend quick-release pedals for my folding and mountain bikes. These are more expensive but spin easily and are working well so far.
Chinese glasses for welding do not work, do not react at all, do not react to welding at all, most likely the Chinese make defects and sell them, making money on rubber and glass, never buy this crap.

Ang sensah rx10 ay pang 10speed. Kung set nabili mo shifter+derailleur sure 10speed shift points.. Kung nabili mo sensah rx10 derailleur only at ang shifter mo 7speed lang hindi mo ma gamit ang full range nang derailleur. Pwede ka lumait sa friedly bike mechanic malapit sayo para. Mag check.

What di d you melt to get the aluminum from. Was it cans or pieces of an old transmission ?
Old harddrives. Got lots of old broken harddrives
Used old hard drives. Removed the non aluminum parts. Furnace was an old flower pot filled with coal and attached a pipe and hair dryer to blow air. It got got enough to melt the aluminum. I did not film that part I was scared I hit a tripod and have accidents. I made sure nothig I would hit or step or stumble on when I'm. Moving around with hot molten aluminum
That has to be the coolest thing I have seen in a very long time. I have to make a two part adapter to mate an experimental airplane engine to an MG r speed transmission for my 1928 Morgan MG special race car.. You are an inspiration my friend.
Just be careful ask local experts for advice. I did this during pandemic lockdown.

Its the screw on top. Loosen the lock nut adjust the bolt/screw to hard or soft.once happy with setting tighten the locking nit to keep that setting

What is that clear liquid you paint on the injectors and lines?
If i had to guess, possibly some kind of concentrated brake cleaner or rubbing alcohol to clean it.

Keep in mind that one pedal has left hand thread and the second one has right hand thread. Yes, I mean the internal nut 🙂
DU bearing poh yunf sa dulo..sealed bearing poh sa kabila...Mas durable poh yan sa ball bearing pero non servisable..pag yan na pudpud..palit na agad ng buong pedal..may ganyan poh akong pedal..been using for 4 years bago napalitan ng bago

Dude, it doesn't look like that, that soldering work you did would hold it after a couple of heat cycles. Strange workshop hose delete kit is actually from franklin performance. Looks like Strange Workshop is just a dealer for franklin. Not sure thou. It's worth paying to get an an kit so you won't get stranded in the road because I pipe broke.

No issues sa akin. Make sure lang tamang chain sizing. Maraming tutorials si parktools about proper chain sizing.
