I was 11 or 12 yrs the crosno hop show for I hr...only on Saturday at twelve pm to 1 pm

I was there 💯 percent 💯 percent & got to meet & see him in person in which he dance & sang his music

My mother had Crosno’s helper call me on my birthday. “Hey buddy, how would you like a birthday cake and to talk to Steve Crosno?” I said no and hung up. I was a shy kid. They made fun of me on the radio after that. Really wish I took that call now, I miss listening to Crosno.

Steve Crosno was a business genius, because he listened to his audience. However, the audience that Steve Crosno was catering to, was not acknowledged by management (from the head office to the local station) as an important a part of the business, because it didn't bring much commercial advertising business. But, we the listeners were the one's who benefited from his unselfishness and his authentic concern for his listening audience. We were blessed to have him.

Omg! There's no words to describe Crosno. I would listened to his show on my way to school in the late 80s singing along to the sound of "I don't want to go to school, please let me stay here". Those were some wonderful memories

I had the pleasure of meeting Steve Crosno in person, great person, he was invited to be our Master of Ceremonies for our King/Queen coronation, on two occasions and my elderly participants were just In Love with him. You're dearly missed

I use to make commercials on Crosnos,s hop for Mr Quik's hamburgers I was twelve and my brother was eleven. We were usually the youngest kids there and usually the only non Hispanics but never had any problems and Steve was great. I wish I could rewind the clock back to that time period 1969 I was born in EP but haven't lived there since 1979. Hope to move back one day. Go UTEP.

I met Steve in 1973. A friendship began. He encouraged me to pursue my love for music. I became a club DJ because of Steve!

I loved Crosno and he so loved the kids. I was a regular on his show and lived close by. The only crazy blonde girl on the show. Loved it
