The note of the kick wont matter that much if you sidechain.

I advise to get metric AB and to compare your reference track with your own trsck. Complete mono on the low end can be boring, and is for rumble techo 50 hz warble maybe even not so important, if you have distinctive bass lines, layer the sounds in low mid high bass part, and then use send fx to mid or high part of the sound when you want a haas fx or stero widening fx. Maybe layer rumbels with distinctive bass sound of 80 to 300 hz, seperation is key, as you explaind, but seperation can also be time, not only frequency. Lfo Tool, Shaperbox helps quiete a bit here to analyze and clean the lows.
