I have just bought the illustrated book to take to my great grand daughter in the USA when l visit next week. I sent her the Paddington Bear stories last Christmas and she adored it. I have to get her to watch this film to nudge her imagination.

Todd is in jail for 25 years now because 5 ×5=25 and Hercules is not only a great it's because of Disneyland does not have the Hercules also 🙄 in cartoon is the only Todd he's in jail for 20 years plus 3 equals 28 years now

I'm confused: the washerwoman doesn't seem perplexed by the existence of Toad Hall, and therefore that toads are in high positions, but suddenly calls Toad "nasty, creepy-crawly" once he reveals himself?

I love listening to these beautiful and imaginative stories. It sure beats hearing the idiocy of todays "News" and politics!

I worked on this when I was in my 20s in the mid-90s, wonderful time making this and watching it on Christmas day. it felt so special.

This movie is the best anxiety medicine I have ever found for sleep.

I'm 34 as of writing this post and last watched this well over half a lifetime ago. Came back to it today for the comfort and familiarity of a time long past before childhood's promise faded with the passing of the years. Thank you so much for uploading and making this possible 🙏

I still say the author of wind in the willaows, was either completely insane, or a genius......I've never been able to decide which 😂, still it's a wonderful story, and I still read it to my nephews.

I would love to have a copy of just the music to sleep by I'm 80 and I still watch this wonderful story if I'm down it just puts me right where I need to be ,I use to read this to my grandson he's 28 and still watches it he loves it to,I guess we all did something right if thay still won't to hear this wonderful story.

I love that they have British accents. This is what children should be watching for entertainment.

🇬🇧 Im nearing 70yrs & i ve watched these animations year after year & never tire of them. They are comforting & dependable & cheer from within They belong to a safer & more gentile past, containg something indefinable but its pleasant & almost like getting cuddles from your mum. There is that long ago child in all of us, & watching or reading Wind in the Willows, lets that child resurface, letting us forget for a while, our struggles & strife. So i shall continue my yearly visit to the River Bank. Peace 🇬🇧👧

Girls telling stories that have less than 1% female characters- very odd. Tho it is a lovely story, if only the author knew girls and ladies existed beyond the odd blink now and again.
