Can you use a sublimation tumbler?

Can we use color shot for spray paint? I make epoxy tumblers and starting to get in to rhinestones and have a lot of color shot.

I was wondering if the rhinestones from Amazon were good for a very sparkly tumbler? I would use the Regular Crystal one. Some say Amazon stones aren’t any good, but there actually not inexpensive either.

Did u have to spray seal before epoxy? I'm making this same cup and I tried to put epoxy on after decals and it doesn't want to stick to my cup. Idk what I'm doing wrong please help 😧 i feel like I have this problem anytime I use spray paint
