Anyways… {Story} The Battle against Heaven lasts longer than the original canon. Going on for days. This is because the Celestial Realm is being countered by The Camel Ridge Trio who were not holding back and because Wukong and Macaque didn’t get separated during the battle and were on par with each other. And because Wukong gains self-awareness early on in the battle. Wukong forges a plan that will ensure victory. The plan proceeds and the Jade Emperor shows up. He challenges Wukong to a duel to which Wukong agrees and wins. Turns out this was part of the Jade Emperor’s plan. With his remaining strength he tells Wukong the true purpose of being the Jade Emperor… After all if he was going to pass the mantle, might as well warn the next Jade Emperor that it’s pointless to struggle…

0:45 simple macque didn’t exactly steal his abilities he already had his own version of monkey king’s abilities but he stole his energy which makes sense when you look at mk who looks tired And LBD didn’t take his overall capabilities but 1 stole his energy 2 stole his ability to use his abilities and 3 absorbed the powers of the abilities used in that moment

I think MK opening the seal originally isn’t foreshadowing to his Monkie form I think it’s more foreshadowing his backstory cuz he was born from the same stone as Monkie King

(Cause some of you don’t read the Desc) I decided that I would be making Edits/Amv’s of my AUs to tell a story…however… Kingdom of Heaven’s End is a work in progress and I’m going to make a tumblr blog eventually. So there’s no need for a fanfic in Wattpad. I’ve also created a playlist for my other AUs so you can check that out… {Story} It is the Battle Against Heaven. Sun Wukong leads the charge along with his Brotherhood. In the heat of the battle The Jade Emperor himself joins the war and fights Wukong in a fair 1v1 fight. The Jade Emperor tells Wukong if he does beat him all of Heaven will fall under his responsibility. To which Wukong doesn’t hesitate to take the deal. They fight for hours and eventually The Jade Emperor dies. Wukong gets the Jade Emperor’s powers but not all is as it seems… Turns out this was the Jade Emperor’s plan all along, and now Wukong can see what the Goddess Nuwa and the Primordials have planned for the world…which drives him into madness. The Camel Ridge Trio (Excluding Macaque and DBK) try to lead another uprising against Wukong when they realize he’s falling into the same habits as the Jade Emperor but worse, however they fail and get banished down to the Mortal Realm. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Storyline itself is inspired by squidkid15’s AU on tumblr But the idea of the edit and the video is inspired by ​@HelplessPuppet

I think the reason why monkey King was watching as we now have other seasons to back this up is that he might had been there when Mk was born but seeing that mk was human, monkey king took mk to the city and let someone find him to look after mk until the time wa s right. 7:01

Why does everyone ignore the fact that when mk was fighting dbk for the first time he also "hatched" from a stone egg identical to wukongs?

3:44 Wukong's outfit anachronism (worryingly) goes further than that. -In the flashback where they separated the Samadhi fire,he's also not wearing the fillet. (But could it be that in this version,Buddha took it off him as he wished?) -Wukong's overall design is actually a very common mistake across adaptations.He's not even supposed to wear the armor we often see him in.That armor should be destroyed when he got the mountain slapped at him.Unless he somehow 'convinced' Ao Guang or somebody else to fix it for him for some reason,and the other heavier-looking armor is the replacement. -I know that they want to pay tribute to the 50's "Havoc in Heaven" animated movie,but the tiger pelt is mentioned after Wukong is freed from the mountain.(Of course,he could just do that earlier,not that it's relevant to the point of changing everything) And unless I miss something about chinese clothing,the hat resembles the one he's supposed to wear after being a monk (comparing it to old illustrations) It's debunkable,but it's nitpick-able (lol is that even a word) Aside from that,I think this theory's conclusion is pretty strong.

if it saves money, good for them!! but it also makes everything feel so completely connected to me. there's one where mei jumps up behind sandy in the dragon palace of the east sea, and then with ao lie in season 4 tang does the same thing to mei. it makes me feel like these characters are absorbing traits and hand motions and phrases from one another and it's SO cool
