A Tesla won't normally. The traction control will kick in extremely strong and prevent you from sliding (unless you sling the absolute heck out of it at 30+ mph). Track mode will let you floor it and kick the back end out, immediately losing traction. Yes, you're absolutely correct a tractor can do it - I'm sure an Evo has no issue with drifting as well..

Thanks! I’ve had absolutely 0 issues with them so far. No road noise, no noticeable hit in range or anything. They’re on there very well, I couldn’t imagine they could come off very easily. I’ve hit 120 with them no problems

From what I’ve heard it’s because they’re even worse for the environment because of the way they’re produced and the labor for the materials is also awful

@@DriftingStudent While that's a good point, many of the same people who say that is the reason they hate EVs don't also hate many other daily items that do similar damage to the environment. I'm pretty confident in saying that most only hate teslas because it's not gas.

We still own some ICE vehicles, definitely understand- nothing quite like driving a manual Porsche 911. But having daily driven a both the Porsche and a Model 3 standard until about a month ago, I’d prefer the Tesla for commuting any day of the week, personally. Cruising? 10/10 goes to the Porsche. But I think Tesla’s have a very valid use case. In my opinion :)

Using electrical systems for items other than the motors will reduce the amount of overall voltage being directed to just the motors. Won’t matter a ton at all but will make a minuscule difference. Voltage drops when other electrical systems are in use, battery science brother.

it helps in regular cars too. takes weight and power off belts = half a point of hp. kids these days are so afraid of teslas that they won’t admit they are really sweet cars 😭

@@dermomedia You do understand that teslas have two batteries right? One is a traditional car style battery and the other is the massive lithium battery pack meant for the drivetrain. The smaller car style battery is meant for powering things like the onboard screen and climate control. And while yes the smaller battery is charged up by the larger battery it barely takes any power away. So back to my original point, it does nothing. Some research on that overpriced iPad of yours might do you some good. 😃👍

@@JoePez not sure if you’re checked your Teslas battery stats (oh yeah, you haven’t, because you don’t have one) but it shows the amount at which the AC has reduced the batteries capacity by percentage. If you understood battery science you’d know that voltage is effected by all the strain on the system. You’re dense brother. Your name calling proves your immature, and clearly uninformed.
