He DIDNT need to finish him. EVERYONE and they,re MAMAS can see he was FINISHED so Tommy did not need to finish him.He TAMED the ANGER ANIMAL in himself and a lot of us CAN NOT do that. This is one of the BEST Martial arts movies EVER.

What an ending, what a movie! Dae Han looked like an absolute bad ass all movie, then right at the end we see a very human side, one full of remorse. He and Tommy Lee kicked ass in these films! Phillip Rhee should have become a superstar with his looks and moves.

Phillip and Simon are still some of the people in Martial Arts I admire , I met them both once in the 90s and very humble and respectful
