Another homage to something too dear for me! This watch has even less to do with 1957 than a famous brand name offering which costs lots more. While the famous brand this imitates culturally appropriates the Greek alphabet, this brand culturally appropriates Italian sports cars.
Still here we have a super stylish budget but great value steel chronograph.

The PD-1779, a decent budget homage to a great watch.Looks the part but consequently lacks any originality design wise. What is amazing is that yet again these specifications can be provided for the money.

The Cadisen homage to the Seiko SRPD79 which has better (?) specs. A homage to a watch which is itself a homage to a lost and much lamented model the SKX. This one has stealth tech style and is a cool take on a classic look.

What makes a real "Diver's Watch"? In this video we look at "Dive Style" and actual "Diver's" watches.
