good shit, how do you do the second/third last room consistently? I've tried but can't reach the bubble with a reverse ultra
hold jump out of the reverse and do the ultra roughly halfway between the ledge and the crumble platform (feel free to frame advance this video for an example of what position works). and don't hold fastfall after the ultra

Really great run sorry if this is unrelated but what are your controls I used to have a mostly one handed set up but I want to try out different controls
it's a little intricate but the general idea is WASD for movement, shift for grab, space/L for jump, semicolon for dash, quotation for demo/cutscene skip. TL;DR WASD for movement and everything else clustered on the right side
Unrelated,but,how do you do diagonal downwards dash on a keyboard? Had this question for a long time.

Pretty long! I've been speedrunning Celeste on and off since 2021, so it's just been a matter of steadily getting better. I started this specific grind in January, and my PB was 4:03 at the start of it. It took so long because undergrad is ultimately my top priority, so I had to take breaks and come back when life took over
I spent all of last night finally getting a sub-5 minute time and this is what YT sends me… ggs

do you have a mod for quickly skipping the unskippable cutscene? or skipping the overkill animation? ( vanquished , destroyed , etc ) great gameplay / speedrun btw
this is all vanilla, menu skipping is done by quitting to menu after the gravestone appears but before the cutscene starts, and the overkill animation can be disabled in options
