As someone who doesn't get any symptoms that accompany my menstrual cycle, it's fascinating to learn what women do to make themselves more comfortable. Even though these tips won't help me, it'll help my friends who do suffer from hormonal imbalances and other symptoms.
Iron supplements are also great when taken with a multivitamin to help with absorption too! Sometimes I have to use up what food I already have, and supplements on hand are a savior. Would love to see more like this or what your whole day diet is like!
This is so good because i try to eat right before. I eat alot of yogurt before also i will be adding this to my diet before my cycle thanks for these great advice 😊

Vitex balanced my hormones and helped me avoid an ovarian cyst surgery. Maybe look into vitex. And measure your cholesterol if you eat a lot of meat since your arteries could get clogged when you're in your 30s-40s..my father just had 3 tubes inserted in his arteries so the blood could reach his legs.
Don't do drugs for your health and no food is bad if you're not fat.
Also I guarantee your dad loved beer, henceforth had a bad liver, and thats why he got like 10 blood clots. Go get a job and get off my platform

zinc is a heavy metal. You shouldn’t overdo it on zinc for long periods of time. If you get a cold, you can take a higher quantity of zinc for a few days until the cold goes away quicker. But heavy metals build up in the body and it is something you do not want. It becomes toxic.
