I still play it. Always great to play a game where you are accountable for your actions.

I went from BioShock 1 to 2 immediately. So when they swapped the buttons for harvest and save I killed the first little sister and had to reload my save

My friend came to my house because we were supposed to forget about the adult shit and take a weekend and play games, and he took my Switch and looked at my progress on games while I was half awake he noticed Bioshock colllection was on sale and asked me if I wanted to buy it, "I SAID YES" I barely understood what he said and he took my card and bought it, when I finally woke up I kinda regretted it because I was mever that interested in BioShock, now I kinda regret not playing them before, such great games even with BioShock 1 shitty final boss, I'm starting Infinite right now but you can bet I'll come back and get the endin I wanted this time, I'll save all Little Sisters again but I'm not sparing the side characters ... I wanted a good ending but Dr Lamb needed to die, at least I know now she can while not changing much of my decisions... The other endings are just sad

You know what makes me sad about the bad ending? A lot of citizens and splicers wish to one day leave Rapture and see the sunlight again, but that water scene is probably the closest they'll ever get. Not unless they make another game where Tenenbaum and Porter return and start curing the splicers anyway, maybe like lore that happened between games or something.

Quite uniquely, this game is handling the ending in a pretty impressive way: instead of creating a material result as a consequence of your actions, you're creating a whole character/person as consequence as being a character, an actor yourself. It is not a mere causal succession but an undeniable complete being, a sentient character which is all you, the reflection of your actions and ramifications of your previous actions in once.

I love how all the different ending dialogues are just shuffled and varied a little, giving a different meaning to the whole narrative.

If they dont make these 3 games into movies or small series it'll be the biggest waste of amazing story.

I feel that the Sofia part of the endings should have been stricter. Getting the final good ending where Sofia survives and the little sisters are saved should require you to spare all 3 of the other non-splicer characters you can choose the fate of or atleast spare Grace. Killing Grace should, like harvesting little sisters, lock you out of the "good" ending. Of the 3 people you can kill who aren't splicers, Grace is the only one who wasn't morally corrupt. She couldn't have her own kids, was dedicated to watching over Eleanor because she genuinely had a reason to believe in Sofia's ideas, and saw her as a surrogate daughter. Stanley Poole is the reason Eleanor was made into a little sister and killed many people to cover his tracks. He's a coward and a monster. Alexander Gil is the one who turned you into Delta, though he gets some redemption in volunteering for Lamb's utopian project and guiding us to him through prerecorded logs, but he is still to blame for Delta's condition. Grace being the only one who's actions towards us can be remotely justified are why I don't like that she has to die for a "good" Eleanor that chooses to take justice into her own hands. Sparing only Grace and Saving all little sisters should give the "justice" ending for Sofia's fate, killing Grace should lock in the neutral or bad endings. She's a victim. The others are active perpetrators.

Hi, may i ask? i teally want to test if Rangers FireTrap/IceTrap is working full damage in Sarah? because FireTrap/IceTrap give full damage on every plant, mushroom, event monster, and all monsters and things that gain 1 damage..

Got the 1st ending. This is another one of those games that i saw someone play 10+ years ago but never tried. I'm playing it now. I really wish i did. Absolutely amazing game/franchise. I'm going for the 100%, then I'll be on to infinite

Purposely, I am a goody, two shoes and could only do the good ending but the one thing I wish I could do more than anything in the entire game……. Was to hug Eleanor

I keep coming back to this because it was so beautifully done. The music and quotes hit home so deeply in the endings. In the good ending "Your memories, your drives", she inherited the best parts of her father. In the sad ending "my freedom" but at a heavy cost, as she struggles to drag the body of her father.

IMO the save all side characters and choose to sacrifice self ending is the best because of the line "But you gave me the greatest gift of all, something I have never had... my freedom." Throughout the game someone is always trying to take control of eleanor whether it be sofia or delta. Delta, who is a great father figure to eleanor, is too much of a monster himself to live on (also he is straight up dying in the end, let him sleep). Lamb, while appearing to be smart, sophisticated and somewhat motherly, is a danger to eleanor due to her idealogical brainwashing and cultish behaviours. As sad as it is, it feels more satisfying to me. Also I love the good ending but I find it kinda creepy with the whole delta being there for her all the time.

Evil-Live is probably the rarest ending considering most people who do go the evil route just kill everyone anyway.

*yea, this isnt a good game. And im a fan of bioshock 1s world design, and a fan of bioshock infinite as a whole game.* this one, bioshock 2, i didnt enjoy it at all, and quit. It felt like overly stretched out unfun dlc to bioshock, the world design was way less impressive, the main character is literally weakee than the weakest enemy, you only feel like a big daddy when you jump and land/ when you walk underwater and because unlike bioshock 1 when you wore the suit youre actually wearing gloves...this isnt a good game. I officially rate it 0/10. I didn't like it at all. If you're absolutely obsessed with bioshock 1, then i can understand your enjoyment of this one but.. its just not a good game. I find it unplayable. I highly recommend fallout 4, and i definitely recommend bioshock infinite. I recommend bioshock 1 but be warned it has very unbalanced gameplay, though its not unplayable like bioshock 2 is.

OMG!!! I think I can see Subject Delta's face at 8:02 between the ripples of the sea water noticed eyes and possibly a nose. Can anyone else see that or am I just seeing what I want to see? A monster became a man and when he looked back on himself, he saw who he really was... A Father.

For me sixth ending is true one cause i got it first time playing 10 or 12 years ago, today i ended with first good one just for achievement and meeeh too sweety for me, what's you done first always is true one.

I accidentally harvested one. Hit the wrong button, didn't mean to. I spared two of the three characters, killed the one who begged me to kill the thing he became. Wound up getting a sad ending.

In my first playthrough I got ending 2 (Big sister lets mother die ) and ending 7 (Daddy saves himself )

Idk why is people saying sad ending is good when the good ending is the best. "Why?" you may ask, well isn't it obvious? Delta becomes a STANDO ABILITY

Usually I prefer the good endings (My ending was the 5th) but the 6th Final is maybe the most realistic and better one

I gotta say the story isn't bad at all but for the love of god, i just liked bioshock 1 way more. The movement is faster, its way more unique graphicly and i liked the char Andrew Ryan way more. Bioshock 2 isn't bad but i couldn't complete it myself. I was getting bored as f*ck after a while.. Wich is a shame cause i want it to play till the end to know what would happen etc.. Thank god for this man lol
