As a General Aviation pilot, my favorite flights are what I would describe as "uneventful", and that's a good thing. If you had been on the other side, at least you could have filmed the mountains.

Yeah but they didn't give any of us that live here a heads up, so they come to town blazing, low as shit to the ground. Shook all our houses. Loud coming in and out. It was terrifying.

Great crisp video! I've flown many arrivals into LGA, on the 72 long ago and on the 75 & 76. Yes, Delta flew the 76, even the -300s back in the late '90s into LGA. Usually RWY13 arrivals fly north up the Hudson and make a right turn on to the 13 approach. Great views of Manhattan and the Bronx. Even spied the 7 train and Yankee Stadium. Keep 'em coming!

The Coke 600 is held Memorial Day weekend. They have this whole military "show" with soldier doing a mock combat on the grass in the front stretch infield. Amazing to watch. I saw it live as a kid almost 30 years ago and still remember it fondly.
