Thanks for viewing and your kind comment :-) .I think these printer all have little but sometimes big issues to work out .But for me its part of the fun of learning .But I am bald so I cant pull any more hair out anyway lol :-)

Thanks for your comment ,Sorry to hear you are having issues looks and sounds like many people are having the same problems with the z :-( ,I just started to use the anycubic slicer next software and it done 2 updates 1 for the printer and 1 for the ace not sure what it done but looks like mine is still working ,I had to try as didn't work great with Pteg before I updated ,fingers crossed you get it working right soon ,looks like anycubic are willing to try and help so that's a plus, have you updated and used the new software ?

@@atgbni i am trying various slicers, now i am working with orca and an provided profile from anycubic. i now found out that the rolling bracket under my hotbed seems so be bend a little and the auto calibration is not able to fix the leveling issues. it prints to low on the left side so that it scratches the bed and ruins the layer and to high on the right side. i put some small washers under the bed screws to level it manually and now i got decent first layer. im staying in contact with the support who responses well and innow try to get a new bracket. i am looking forward for new updates either because i think the leveling process is not working properly.

Thanks for your reply :-) .I am happy that Anycubic is trying to help you .I do think we a guinea pigs and beta testers but my Elegoo was the same but got that all working well now and looking back I had fun learning but it didn't feel like that at the time ..

Thanks for your message and watching my uploads ..I am so sorry that you are having so many problems :-( It must be so frustrating having to wait for the printer then it being faulty ...I would just say have it back anycubic and give me a new one ....I have been lucky with mine so far fingers crossed .But have seen lots of people with issues .If I can help in anyway by seeing how mine is setup any different than yours please let me know .

Make sure you temp is high enough. I've seen this when the head temp was too low. Also make sure to do a bed leveling which should compensate for most all bed warping. I have one of these and truly love the thing! Ohh... And make sure you use new PLA. I've had PLA sitting around for 5 years and even after dehumidifying it, it was causing all kinds of adherence issues. I use a brand new reel from AnyCubic it worked perfectly.

​@@kevy1yt Thanks for the help :), I've tried from 200 to 250° for the nozzle and 60 to 70° for the bed, checking the nozzle was clean every time and still same issue, nozzle too high and since the z-offset sets every print I'd have to try to manually compensate every print Also I leveled while Heat soaking and without heat soaking and still nothing The filament came with the printer, it's their new Pantone one, the thing I don't understand is the first 3 prints I made on the new bed (since the first was warped) came out perfect, then it decided to just not print anymore I see the potential and know it's an amazing printer when it works, but I think I'm gonna return mine as I've had nothing but issues

@@EkaitzHonuchPrieto that might not be a bad idea but give them another try. Ask for a replacement. It sounds like your unit might be defective. Their customer support is really good so they’ll probably be happy to replace it. I’ve done maybe 200 hours of printing so far with excellent results. Good luck!

I have the same issues. I printed well the first hours and got no big problems, maybe a little filament tangle, but suddenly the kobra 3 is getting one problem after another. hotend faulty, clogging, massive z offset problems (nice layer on the back side and back left, then bad layers on the front left and especially front right so i got warping from my prints always on front right side). got a new hotend, new hot bed from support but still problems. after installation from the spare parts i made a reset, them the first print went well. i started the SAME print file after that and got problems imediately again …

Thanks for your message and watching my uploads :-) .The Anycubic camera just plugs into the usb on the printer and you see the image on the Anycubic slicer software on the workbench page ...Or the software I use to capture the video's I make is called Droid cam its an app I run on my tablet and PC ...

Sorry you haven't had much luck with your printer :-( .All I can go on is my experience and I must be lucky well at the moment anyways .I have seen people with issues and also people with none .I hope anycubic help you fast and you get back to printing :-)

Thanks for your message .I have only had 1 issue with the z offset as pointed out in my upload about it ..For me it was just a loose roller so making the gantry at one end slightly move when doing the self level .other than that is worked great .But with any printer you will have to keep an eye on the maintenance side of things keep the rails clean and rollers tight...when I first got my printer the print head felt very rough sliding from right to left on the gantry it was some old grease that was hard and old so a good clean worked a treat .If you did have a issues as some people have I am sure that anycubic would help you as worst case scenario

Thanks for your message .I am sorry your having problems :-( .I must say I have only had 1 one issue with the z offset and it was the roller as pointed out in this upload .I have seen a few comments about this .But I must be lucky .but I would start from fresh make sure your rollers are clean as sometimes they can get a build up of grease and sometimes i have found some old pla poop on the rails ? don't know how it got there .so clean and tighten then start from fresh with your self level

@atgbni the only problem their is ive only had it 3 days new i did watch the video and checked and 1 was a bit lose but this did not seem to fix it hmm

cobra 3 need manual bed leveling , just lose nut on yhe bed. and level manual . i have issued with first layer and top layer , then i level my bed manually, then auto level. done

@@atgbni This worked just great. Thank you. I have a Cobra 3 combo and like it very much. So far, no problems at all after almost 300 hours of printing.

@@atgbni it was me that asked, that is soooo strange it happened straight after i said, mines arrived now an the first thing i did after watching this is retighten it all up. But it does line up with what everyone has been saying, i think like you said just basic weekly maintenance should keep it printing perfect! least its sorted now :)

@@MrMunch360 glad you got yours now and you didn't have to wait to long :-) .I have the elegoo as you know so I should have known better I think having the 2 on the same bench working at the same time makes them vibrate a little more so things are going to get a little loose .I did think you were a super network hacker and altered my Z offset remotely lol :-) Thanks again for your comments and views .

Thanks for your message .I did reply to this in my live stream today for you .But it looks and sounds like the print head is slamming to the right but it has a spring and a filament whipper on that side so it holds it with a magnet and springs back fast to cut the filament off and push into the basket. Thanks again for your message :-) I have seen that the cardboard filament rolls that have damaged edges that don't roll very well can cause issues with the filament not coming off that well :-( .And funny how the PLA that came with my Printer was all bashed about a bit .All my prints so far have been very good and I have only been printing on the draft setting .

That's true :-) Its all a learning curve do I just delete it in the slicing software ?. Like disabling the brim .Thanks again for your message and input

Just found it its called the wipe tower in the multi filament in the print settings :-)

@@atgbni In theory it looks like it could have done the model with just 1 or 2 poops. The only drawback is the wipe tower is there to wipe the nozzle clean where the poop thrower can leave a bit of filament on the nozzle which gets transferred to the print, and it can be quite noticeable on items that have multiple colour changes.

@@mrfoameruk I will try the same print tomorrow without the tower and see what happens :-)

Thanks for your message and your kind words :-) .I love my Elegoo I started off my 3D printer journey with the 2s .Please let me know how you get on with the max if I only had the room ..You have seen the amount of space I have to work with :-( ..I got the stl file from Pintables www.printables.com/model/683619-logitech-c920-elegoo-4-camera-mount .It was a bit tight to fit in the rail but does with a push :-)

@@atgbni oh, no. It will be my sixth. I currently own an Ender 3, Ender 3 Max Neo, K1C and K1 Max. I will likely end up retiring the slower printers.

@@777Thibs You can never have enough printers :-) What sort of things do you print ?

@@atgbni I print mostly utilitian things. I originally got into 3d printing to build enclosures for the electronics projects that I can never seem to find the time to complete. I am not sure how multi-material fits into that, but the price was great so I had to jump on it.

Thanks again for your message .I think a front on camera is better like you say just add a blink or ring camera you will get a better angle and can record if needed ;-) .I use my Blink camera like I show on a previous video .I see this camera can do time lapse so might try that next :-)

I did have the same happen with this camera but just refreshed and it worked fine ?. I will keep an eye on it and let you know how I get on :-) I think its all going though the cloud and they are having a few issues at the moment so hopefully when the network issue is sorted it will work better for you :-)

Hi and thank you for your message and watching my video's .I am sorry your not having much luck :-( .I just unplugged the orange cable and it freezes on the home screen with the white progress line just going up and down ?. So sounds like they are right saying you might need a new head :-( ..I have found the support side of Anycubic fast and helpful if you do have a problem so fingers crossed for you

@@atgbni thanks for responding immediately, and thanks for doing the test on the cable, ok good, now let's see what they tell me, for the change, and what I have to do to receive the head to replace the faulty one, and let's hope it's not the wire, a type C that carries max 5A for a print head, perhaps we are at the limit, in any case I haven't printed a piece yet, just startup and initial configuration until the firmware update, what a disappointment, fingers crossed!, thanks again

Its very fast overall ,After doing the comparison video today with my elegoo It starts up printing later than the elegoo but overall faster :-)

Thanks for your comment Jason ,Yes you can cut them at any length that you need ,Then You just need to change the number of LED's you have on the APP. I got a 5mtr strip cut then I can use a joiner or just solder 3 new wires on :-) I will add a new video when I do this next

Thanks for you comment ..No you don't need a subscription :-) but you will need the Blink sync Module after the free 30 day trial .works like a home hub ,then you can add more cams to it ..I will try to show and explain on one of my next videos

I know what you mean .I have had a few piles of PLA looking like birds nest so when they are not its good :-)

I had the Cams Already But please don't tell my local robbers I took them of my wall outside .But so happy with the usability of them .
