Are you better than the average chess player?
Touch typing was one of the best things I’ve ever done, it’s helped me complete my assignments and exams so much faster
You should create a summary montage at the end of the journey
im good at english while touch typing but sluggish on my own lenguage!i feel like touch typing is just made for english:/
me whos gotten a 61 wpm at a typing game right now: (._.)
lets' do kebr
that 60 wpm is with punctuatoon
Typing like that really isn't bad, I can get 100 wpm pretty easy lol.
Legend keep it up
Will do!
Measuring your carbs is a great compromise! I like a lot this series. Easy to apply to my own life. There is not enough real people at the gym content. #notagymbro #idontfityourfitness
I definitely should measure my carbs. For now I’m just doing whatever I know I can stick to. Building healthy habits takes time!
My deficit is 1,500 :) over 2,000 is a bulk lol!
Jesus I'm 6'4 260 and I'm in a deficit at 1700 a day lol
You’re probably undereating! I recommend you go see a dietitian or use an online calorie calculator, I’m at a slight calorie deficit at 1500 and I’m 5’4 140 so it really doesn’t sound like enough food for you
That feels VERY low for someone as tall as you!! I'm a 156cm short woman and I can probably cut at 1800.
It's just for a rapid cut, this isn't a long term plan. Just 90 days
Now that must be hard haha, we have the same deficit and I’m 5’9 80kg
2155 calories is crazy. Bro just showed a cheat day.
I have always said that while lifting big things is cool, my main reason for working out is so that I can eat guilt free
Felt like a cheat day!
Nice job!!
Thanks! 🙏
@@Its_jason_ho your welcome 😁
I have 70 wpm without learning doing it consciously, just typing lots over my life. No touch typing, however also not using only my index finger.
Had to drop a like for you after that rice heart break, least I could do 💔
1 like = 1 prayer 😭
lol
I had no idea there was shin ramen lite omg. Edit; just sesrched it up and you cant get it in my country 😢
I’m sorry for raising your hopes 😅
Good luck on your grind 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Thanks man appreciate it!
Howbis there no comments your videos are good first time
Haha I appreciate any comments I get. I’ll just keep posting!
Nice, keep up the grind💪🏽
Thank you! Will do 💪
I love watching this series! It’s awesome to see what others journeys looks like and helps with meal ideas, especially those with Asian flavors (which I work with frequently as I love the flavor profiles) And it’s great to see others make progress! Doing great work out there!
Glad you’re enjoying it! I appreciate your support. I’ll make sure to try new recipes for you haha
YOU LOOK SO GOOD❤❤
Thank you! ❤️
I put garlic hummus in my mashed potatoes and it works out great!! As long as you like hummus that is….
Love hummus! That’s a cool idea, hope you don’t mind me stealing it haha
I find soy cream to be really a good alternative for butter or dairy cream in mash potatoes, gives it kind of a sophisticate taste and it's really good ! I saw the garlic comment and I totally agree, definitely adding something else might be the solution as well. You can also add thyme, oregano, some mix of italian like herbs, its always a hit ! Good luck with diet 😊
Sounds great! I need to explore my non-dairy products more for sure, next on my list!
For the mash, u could try adding garlic in it or maybe swaping out the milk for like cream or the other way around if u wanna try something different if it's not something u do anyway
That’s a good idea! Gotta balance those calories right though haha
@Its_jason_ho yeah I just don't know if it healthy or not but it makes it taste great tho
How could that possibly amount to 137g protein?
The double scoop of protein probs
He's probably counting the "protein" from the dough part of the dumplings and noodles as well
In addition to the comments above, the soup/stew in the end seemed to have mainly some type of meat/sausage in it. If it's relatively lean, that would add quite a bit. :)
Double scoop of protein gets me 42g, lunch amounted to 23 and then the dinner was largely beef. While it was an estimate based on the weights, I think the protein shouldn’t be too far off :)
Thats my normal eating 😭
Haha, I would usually eat a lot more!
Im amazed you can sleep properly with such a large calorie deficit. Does it not affect your sleep at all? I can sleep at all with a deficit above 500calories
Sleep seems unaffected so far, but my sleep is a bit sketchy at the moment as I have sciatica so could be a factor!
@@Its_jason_ho i don't know how you cope! I'm on a 250calorie deficit and even that is difficult to maintain. I tried 500 and I would only get like 2 hours sleep a night. I was just tossing and turning. It wasn't the feeling of hunger keeping me up, just felt wired asf.
That’s insane! Do you have caffeine or anything too close to sleep? If I can’t sleep it’s usually only stress or injury more than anything
@@Its_jason_ho nope, haven't touched anything with caffeine in it for 5 years. As soon as I bring my calories back up I sleep soundly. My body just hates being in a deficit especially a large deficit.
That’s crazy haha, well any deficit is still great so whatever works for you right?
Thats quite a big deficit! Your total calorie expenditure for the day must be around 2500? If youre looking to cut down to a super low body fat % whilst also maintaining as much muscle mass as possible you may want to consider a small calorie deficit like between 200-450cal deficit instead of 800
Good guess! My maintenance is around 2400. I’m definitely being a bit aggressive. My target is 1700 daily, but if I’m under and feeling full I try not to force it. The main goal is to shred for the wedding, after that I’ll raise my calories more to maintain muscle mass
Very consistent keep up the awesome work
Thanks! Appreciate the support
@@Its_jason_ho you are very welcome keep up the awesome work and content
ude you have to eat more my agressive cut is 1300 with around 150 grams of protein
I don’t know if I can go that low haha, my target is actually 1700. My maintenance is 2400 usually so it seems about right for now
Good work! If you're gonna eat so little cals I'd recommend taking half a multi vitamin in the morning/ with your first meal, and the other half with your last meal! Advice from a PT, kin major with a nurtrition cert. Just don't want to chance nutrient deficiencies since you're eating so little cals
Thanks for the tip! I’ll look into introducing some
Love the comedy sprinkled throughout 😂
Gotta make working out fun!
You run really fast 🏃🏿🏃🏿🏃🏿
Trying to hit 5k in under 25mins, but might need to do long slow runs now
♥️♥️♥️
Thanks man!
Do warmup besides running to as running only warms up the lower body
You’re right, I do small warm ups on whatever exercise/machine I’m doing and then build up to max weight, but I should probably do a bit more
Damn, running to gym.
Have to get the cardio in somehow haha
Just need to go a bit more lower. But still, great job on the progress!
I think so too, thanks for the advice!
Love it bro.
Appreciate it!
There is a big difference
I always wonder if it’s harder for me to see since it’s my body haha
Keep it up!! Respect your dedication 😆
Thank you! Will do!
The difference is pretty evident. Its great progress for two months.
I guess I’ll always be my harshest critic haha. Thanks!
I can see it 🎉🎉. Keep going
^
Thank you, I’ll do my best! 💪
Looking good king👑
Appreciate it!
I can see the difference! Keep going!
Thank you! Just have to trust the process 💪
Yessir.
Keep it going bro! Supporting you all the way.
Thanks bro! Comments like this keep me going
You gotta do pullups 3x a week if you want to improve and occasionally with extra weight, or try the russian fighter pullup program, grease the groove
Interesting, never heard of that before. I’ll add another set of pull ups into my routine and see how I go. Thanks for the info!
@@Its_jason_ho keep grinding broski!

You're video is so encouraging, it lift my spirt up again😭 I've been practicing for 2 weeks now using my keyboard laptop, I'm thingking if, it will be better or is mechanical keyboard really makes difference in typing with the acuracy? What color of switch did you use in your keyboard? Thankyou for answering.
Don’t worry about the keyboard too much. It’s better to just get more comfortable with typing! I use a mechanical keyboard with Gateron Black v2 switches :)
