The one Marvel Tales I've gotten so far is 98 with the death of Gwen Stacey. It's a great cover for an easier to afford comic. I'm collecting the Classic X-men run which reprints all the great early X-men books and adds in some new stories from the original writers.

This comic book store is a little pricey.

I collected the first four series of Marvel Universe cards plus master pieces. Series four, when you got the nine cards would make a picture with all characters with a theme.

I think you were right not to buy the showcase 55. It looked like it had severe damage around the bottom staple, and with additional defects yeah it’s low grade. Could you not haggle on the prices though? You were forced to buy at the ask prices?

I think the font could be changed to a coral red or dark blue and then instead of showing the tops of the waves they could add some more sea foam on the bottom as well as vegetation maybe a sea urchin. However it is your project. Whatever you decide, provided you give yourself time to think about it, should be beneficial.

I’ve written some things in the past, where I would try to over explain things, in order to establish it for the reader, but ultimately, I think it just made it less interesting. I think it’s better to just have things happen without explanation, or just a simple brief acknowledgement, which should make it more interesting for the audience

Your comic sounds fun! Maybe you already do this, but when it comes to writing stories, creating an outline, even in bullet point form can really help. Getting from point A to point B with the story, get that on paper and then it becomes a lot easier to mold into what you want.
