This is Mike in Indy's first call to the Jim Rome Show since taking 2nd place in the annual Smackoff competition. He puts Smackoff winner Brad in Corona on blast, Joe in Hollywood is compared to the guy that got busted on To Catch A Predator twice, then Nascar driver Jeremy Mayfield gets called out for meth use. The call ends with Mike's version of Tim Tebow's infamous pledge.

JT the Bricks call will forever be the greatest ever.
The call had some enthusiasm, but it reeked of reading and reciting, and the end sounded like a 15 year old boy getting his dinky stinky for the 1st time. I heard Mike's 1st call on National Championship Monday in 2009, and it was good, but this was aweful.

I hope Rome and the XR4TI gets it right this year. Mike in Indy killed it last year and should have won. Bring on the 2010 Smack Off tomorrow. Rachel in Houston I thought did better than where she was ranked. I think because she was one of the first callers that she didn't stick out as much.

I'm glad Brad did what he did, too, and I'm not a Mike in Indy hater. I hope it continues every single Friday that Rome isn't in the basement. It's like you said before, it's good for the show.
I personally liked Brad, Greg, and Vic in NoCal (who I usually don't like, but he definitely brought the goods) for my top 3. Mike in Indy's call was pretty decent, but didn't have me crying like those 3 did.

Brad remixed the same smack that the guy from Grand Rapids had. He told his daughter that she Vic in Nocaled the bed when the Grand Rapidian said the same stuff about J-Stu. If you're gonna be penalized for coming in early then you get penalize for using or remixing someone elses smack. Thats the risk you take when you try to lay low and see how it plays out before you call, someone might use your material. BTW, I think Rachel should've cracked the top 5.

I still think Jay Mohrs was the best only because he didnt spend the entire rant bashing other clones. Mikes for me was much better than brads. If it came down to these 2 Mike wins.Brad had WAAYY to much ranting on other clones. Get over it and have a sports take
