Basically these lifts were once Elevonic 401 with Series 1 fixtures, until they received a Schindler Miconic 10/Kone Polaris style mod from yours truly...
I could only ride the lifts to Level 19's low/mid rise transfer lobby as the higher floors are locked off.

This building is known to be Perth's tallest with 50 floors; on that note, these were originally Otis Elevonic 411 with Series 1 fixtures, until they got modded by Schindler 7000 with the PORT Technology (going by that the Otis nameplate was replaced with Central Park). Despite retaining part of the TMS door tracks, the other parts all got replaced. These used to have semicircle lanterns (in a similar fashion to Waterfront Place in Brisbane; also being EPL Kone with TMS logics; they probably most likely used to have Synergy 2000 floor indicators too)... These were most likely originally EPL Kone from the 70s, given that this building was an office building in that era, till it was converted into a hotel (Rydges) in the 90s; assuming that TMS was installed when they were modded that time. Despite the Kone elements remaining from the early 2000s, TKE did replace the logics of these lifts (in a similar fashion to the Otis Elevonic 401s at the QT Gold Coast). I actually quite like this combo. Considering that Mantra on Murray isn't a Mantra anymore, I might give this a shot instead.
The lift at Westfield Geelong has double indicator too. It's Schindler 2400.

I'm guessing that the reason why they have been modernised with Liftronic now is because the Gold Coast City Council told Oaks to do so.
I think the Gold Coast City Council declared those lifts to be modernised.

Hey Alex, the Kone Alta-Hi Speed Lifts have been modernised by Kone. The show has been replaced and the Delta fixtures replaced by Dewhurst and a LCD indicator.
