Nothing at all about the RGB, thanks
What do you mean?
Great work! Good luck with your channel
👍
the new and temperature hotspot 80 is very bad very bad !!!!!!
Ok.
how is the card holding up, any flickering issues or crashes? on the latest drivers? and is the rgb still working?
Lights on, holds well still, flickers occasional but I'm on some experimental driver from two months ago, that added support for Space Marine 2. I'm yet to install the latest one. All in all, its fine.
Purchased the same card. But get better holder , the one Saphhire gives isn't good. make the card little swagging . this GPU is very heavy need holder at the end of it
@@BatManSWG so far its holding. Still. But I was indeed thinking about getting another one.
would you recommend this kit?
Could you please give me the action base info?
www.ebay.com/itm/134766802543?hash=item1f60ba366f%3Ag%3Ac3cAAOxyMxpRpBo3
I just got the kit a week ago, built up to the waist per the manual.. But for the life of me that part is a pain. The part with 3 screws (DC 7+8) doesn't flush together and DC 5 is anythin but smooth to move. I'm at loss as I try to troubleshoot and do it correctly
Can you timestamp which part is that? If its what I think about, maybe the metal part with both ends being balls isn't turned on the correct side, because I think one of them is thicker, so maybe that's why it doesn't want to flush together correctly.
@@khorneflake5943 you're thinkin the correct part. I made sure to the T it was positioned correctly, the bit that connects the torso has no wiggle unless i leave the screws loose which leaves a cm gap. May consider trying to go at it later if i find a better tool, maybe.
@@Foxkoun yeah, it looks like the shorter bit goes in the lower part, there are also other bits that need to be aligned correctly, including plastic ones, like the tube looking part. Also be sure to use correct screws, but I imagine you already did all of this.
@@khorneflake5943 aye, took time to scrutinize the instructions n thats what is set in the base.
Hi! How is the RGB Strip holding up now? I have seen quite a few people claiming issues with dead RGB strip. Really want to get this version of 7800XT but quite concerned about the RGB issue. Thanks!
*looks through the case window* Yep, still works.
Nice video and great gpu, I have my eyes on one I hope to grab it soon.
Awesome Next Rg will you build the 1) Rg RX 78 2 Gundam 2.0 vs Rg Char Zaku 2 2) Rg RX 78 2 Gundam vs Rg Zeong
That's a good idea, but I canned my RG 78 preorder since I had a bunch of kits on route already, so that's something for the future. I'm waiting to get LED kit for Exia, but seriously considering at this point to get a 3rd party USB lighting for it. I have recorded RG Sazabi vids too, but forgot to record backpack assembly... Meanwhile, I'll assemble and post some Moderoid kits, including Voltron, Orguss and Garland. I also have Moderoid Robocop and ED209, and RG God Gundam should be here any day now.

I have a question, can i buy the led kit after i built the gunpla?
@@UsagiRei69 yeah, there's an instruction with it that explains how to upgrade, but I never bothered to study it in detail. Its in the basement now in the box, I'm sure you can find scans online and see it for yourself if unsure about it.
Thanks @@khorneflake5943
Bought this card for 400 UK pounds from Amazon. Unbelievably good.
Same, beautiful card

Getting the 7900xt pulse, the Nitro is too expensive in my country
I recently got this card but everytime i try and open stuff it says No such interface supported
@@SwooggyBruv never seen such a thing. Have you tried DDU the driver and reinstalling the latest one from July? Did you have an nVidia GPU prior, have you cleaned up its driver too?

I have sapphire rx 7700xt nitro+ and I can see the led's, I think thats because I didn't connected the 5V cable. I hope this will fix that.
на пакете что, нет пломбы??? Is there no seal on the package???
There's a seal on the package, but not in the plastic wrap of the card.
Hey, you should do the PG RX-178 Gundam Mk-II (A.E.U.G. or Titans, whatever the version you want to choose). I think it's really cool to do that, i mean build that PG RX-178.
@@shidacodm3601 I actually have Mk2 AEUG version, but have built it before I started doing these vids. I was thinking about building the Titans version sometimes, but my next project is PG Exia, I have it for a while now.
i'm looking to buy this card, and you have played my fav game also...i feel you could've given more RGB treatment to your system to compliment the Sapphire Nitro card, very nice video.
@@krishnaprasath I have a led strip that came with the sound card, but never bothered to use it.

Looking to upgrade from RX580 with my 5600 cpu. I'm really excited!
You won't regret it!
Where did you get the model from?
This was from amiami shop. You can also get it at Hobby Link Japan, I saw it not long ago reissued.
1:04:35 I’m very confused. When you cut the black wire, were you trying to make it even to the other black wire and are you supposed to also cut the gray wire?
Not really even, you need a small bit of black wire, length is mentioned in the instruction iirc, for a connection you'll see about a minute later.
@@khorneflake5943 did you solder the black wire to the switch?
@@mhelingtonocular5684 I didn't solder anything.

Hi there! Just got this PG and had a question on the pieces at 31:31. The pieces do not connect correctly and do not close all the way on my copy. Is this the same for you? If so how did you fix it? Thank you for your time
You mean those two metal hip pieces? Make sure everything lines up correctly with the front plastic bit, maybe you turned it the wrong way. Not sure since it was some time ago now but I might be making that mistake myself back then. Another issue is the moving part that legs are attached to, there's a lot to put correctly simultaneously for just your own two hands, you could see me struggling as well... Oh yeah, and the part thats used to attach the torso to later on, you see it has the longer and the shorter side, make sure that is also turned correctly... Afterwards make sure you tight the screws properly.
@@khorneflake5943thanks man, just got this baby and this seemed like an important part for the models structure, so didn’t want to ruin it by just mashing the pieces together!
Man I'm working on this kit and I mess up one of the shoulder joints! Its a sad day!
What happened?
@@khorneflake5943 I overtightened the bolt
@@khorneflake5943 but man it falls apart and I just wasn't happy with it! So I just left it in a standing position lol
I like this card style ,it simpel yet looks so good. Im deciding to upgrade from 3060ti
That final pose on top the box is 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Threadreaper is not a good CPU to push the RX 7800XT. But its a nice card dude. Congrats! 👌
Well, its an older gen now, for sure. I bought this platform originally to use two Vega 64s properly, had a 1900X. Later on I upgraded to this one, and its the farthest in terms of CPU generations thats supported on this X399. I'm really happy with the performance still.
@@khorneflake5943 it performs good, but as i told you before, cant push the 7800XT to high. But if its good for you to play that way, its whats really matter man. If i was money to buy a new card on a old CPU i was ok with for me cause i play at solids 60. I just comment to tell my opinion, not to "Blame" or something else 🙂 but your system was a beast years ago yeah, and for me still, for work and gaming, but with a litle limitation.
@@dalheplay of course, understandable.
@@khorneflake5943 Im planing to buy a RX 7900XT from sapphire. I really like the price of the card and its performs Very Nice for what i need and specially for 1440p.
You use one VGA 6+2(the same line)???, or two VGA 6+2(with two lines)??
Two. I'm going this way ever since I had Vega64 Crossfire.
also i would suggest not to use trixx rgb software has it can ruin the gpu leds bars. My card has stopped showing rgb after 6 months
Is there other softwares?
@@RandomVidz9_ just use it on default mode as it is , once you start changing then there is a probability it will get damaged
@@gurpindersinghmuttardang that sound harsh, cuz im planning to connect it to my case hub so that i could control everything with just one button.but is this even possible tho?😅
I have the same card and msi atx 3.0 1000w psu. I am currently using 12vwphr cable provided by msi instead of standard pcie cables.. Am i doing it right? The cable has one end which goes into 12vwpht slot of the psu,, and the other 2 split ends goes into the gpu
Well, I'm usually using two different 8-pins, instead of one cable splitting into two 8-pins. You still don't do anything wrong, but I'm used to this setup ever since I had two Vega64s.
Super late to this, but for the arm piece that goes on right up by where it attatches like the shoulder area at 1:25:02 , howd you get it to stay on? Did you have to do anything else?
If you mean those two white parts? I remember having a trouble making them to stay on, they are really loose. Didn't do anything special to them.
4K is still very demanding
whats the rotating disk you have it on? great video btw
Its Mr. Turntable.
Nitro is up there in performance but imo it’s doesn’t look the best. Just a single light bar going across the gpu 😂 pretty ugly but that’s just me, I have the sapphire pulse 7800xt and like the simple look it has with some red on the card. But we all have our own opinions with looks I get it
My previous GPU was dying, and this is what my hardware dealer had in his hands at that moment. I'm fine with it, tho.
It’s simple and sleek
Im getting one tommorow worth it?
One of my fave GPUs, and I owned a number of em.
Looking to upgrade to this gpu. Coming from a 3800x and 2060 super. Would you recommend this gpu still over the 4070?
Well, I personally always preferred Radeons, especially because they always gave me more for the money, particularly in VRAM. For the comparison with 4070 it has 4GB more, and even 16 nowadays gets close to maxed at 4k in certain games. If you prefer having better RT you might go with the nV, but there's still that weird non-standard power connector... Although, I'm not sure if all models are like that.
I'm going to be buying one of these soon, Very scared to work with it i've never assembled my own computer. GPU Prices are insane.
Well, back in the day I grew sick of having to get my case in the hands to the local service, or waiting for that busy friend who knows stuff, and started doing it on my own. Started with simple stuff like OS reinstalls, changing RAM sticks, and storage drives, and eventually moved to the GPUs and CPUs. Now I'm assembling my own PCs, or for the others.
Opinion after 4 months? I am mainly curious about the stability of the drivers. Getting good, stable performance in games or getting crashes, bad performance etc?
I had constant flickering, while having vids on both of my screens, on any driver coming late last year. I switched to some experimental drivers, back in the day, that were used to test AMD Fluid Motion tech, and it seemingly fixed all of my problems, but after a while I had Quake 2 falling apart, and my whole system started behaving unstable. I downloaded newer version of that experimental driver, and since then I have no more issues. Occasional flick while playing games and having a vid playing on the other screen, but nothing biggy. I didn't try any of the drivers from this year, and this Fluid Motion driver matured to the full version in the meantime. That's how I roll, if I get a stable driver I don't touch anything unless some game forces me to....
@@khorneflake5943 Dude mine 7800 xt has stopped showing rgb after 6 months, Have processed for RMA because there is a chance they will give me new card, many users are facing the same issue ...rest the card is working great, they had same problem in 6000 series gpu as well,,, I still feel that RMA is not worth it just for rgb , but it hurts

Hi how are things? I asked for this graph and I wanted to know your opinion and your experience with it. Did you have any problems? Do you hate it, right?
Some driver issues in early days, but it was all fine afterwards until it started blackscreening after 3 years of usage. I still hold the card in hopes I'll repair it some day, it was really a sweet piece of hardware.
Any coil whine?
None that I heard so far.
Is that anti sag bracket any helpful?
Well, so far so good. Its doing its job. I only secured it with 2 of 3 screws provided, sometimes I do a check up.
