This is one of my favorite parts I love how the music ties in together especially when john looks into the eyes of the guy he's killing.

You people forget another almost equally important line; "I'll tell you something, he's gonna understand." He knows what's to come of all this.

Wouldn't it make more sense to hold the car for John? "Yeah, the car is here, I held it for you to make life easier." They're sort of friends.

Something I thought was an amazing detail was the moment Iosef came in with the car, everyone just stopped working. Entire scene lost the ambient noise of the garage. They all knew that was John’s car and they were probably ready to run for the hills.

For those who don't know "Francis" was the Russian in "The Punisher" with Thomas Jane. Francis was FANTASTIC in The Punisher (and so was Jane).

This movie is basically switching a typical rich Western elites with Far East Asian elites. That’s it. Its representation is still bad.

John Wick walked thru that garage like he owned it

Probably the best single syllable response in cinematic history. “Oh”.

One word shows Viggo's switch from angry to afraid and its beautiful. Aurelio even pouring some wine knowing it could be the last thing he ever does.

“I heard you struck my son” “Yeah I did sir” “May I ask why?” “Because he stole John Wicks car and killed his dog” “Oh” Pops saw his life flash before his eyes. The one time dad can’t side with his son says everything in life.

I know it’s just a movie , and I’m one of those people that picks out all the silly things in movies and TV shows. If the car of a friend shows up at your shop, wouldn’t you try to keep it there? Wouldn’t you give him a call? Sorry , I can’t help it. That’s why I can’t watch TV or movie’s , just too silly for me.

Let's be clear, John could have appeared out of the shadows and dropped Francis before he ever even knew what hit him like we have seen in a thousand action movies before this one. The fact that John instead gives him the option to walk away, as the two men obviously have some sort of history together, just makes this whole scene ten times more memorable.

Imagine working in that garage and finding out that guy killed 90 people in the next couple days.

Francis was aware that Mr.Wick would arrive that night, he was just waiting his arrival yet he decided to not even confront him. Man of Wisdom Francis.

“How do you know what viggo likes” To say that after knocking his son out is a man who knows what’s up 😂

Aurelio’s suit was dope

Going to a crowded black area and saying i hate N words as a white guy is still safer than killing John Wick's dog.

If Aurelio hadn't said anything and just said yes, Wick could've gotten his car right back.

I love John didnt want to drink at first until Aurelio told him the truth. Its subtle movement but the message is clear that Aurelio doesnt want to do anything with him.

i only realized now that aurelio wasnt scared of getting shot because he felt he was dead either way when they brought john's car to him. aurelio didnt even try running away. he just hoped john would be reasonable and lucky for him, john's wife changed him. the old baba yaga mustve been extremely unreasonable for him to command such fear.

To be honest, I think the best piece of acting is right at 1:43, after Iosef says "We own you." You see Aurelio go through the understanding that he is, in fact, indebted to Viggo's gang. But then he puts on a brave face and confronts Iosef, saying that he 'works' with his father.

“Oh”. Now that’s a great line!

Aurelio fears JW more than Viggo. Punching Yosef was showing that he wasn’t loyal to Viggo, saving his life. Aurelio drink was an offer of peace. They didn’t cheers. Aurelio asked JW what he was going to do. No Answer.
