Hey there :D I would recommend picking up Pan deck from set 18, I think it was called Red Rage. That deck is amazing out of the box, 9 sets later it is still a meta deck though of course you'd need to upgrade her a bit. However, she got a ton of cheap archetype cards (Bandai srsly loves this Pan deck too much) so it should be easy to get them. She plays like the Daima Goku deck and GT Goku in a way that you give +5k to the first battle card that you play, and then if its power is 20k or more, you draw a card. Then you have other cards which work together with that effect to create some wild, strong combos and big boards :) Here's a link to a Pan build to help you get the general idea: www.dbs-deckplanet.com/masters/deck/256321 (This is a pricy very optimized list, you can start small with starter deck and cheaper upgrades if you wish, the bulk of the price comes from the SS4 Vegito SCR) We have locals every Friday and Saturday on our server, free entry and proxy legal + our server is generally a proxy friendly place if you just wish to play some games and learn the decks. I'm not a fan of invoker, I think that's a bad keyword which struggles to close games without the burn so I'm not hyped about Zen-oh unless he gets an actual game ending burn effect :)

The card negated cannot gain skills; so no, you can't give DS (or any other skill) to a goku/roshi that had been negated/have their skills negated.

The permanent is very powerful and it makes the deck good in my eyes... Let's see how it goes.

It kinda seems like this and the new piccolo deck are actually quite similar as they both have very hard to clear boards. Only difference is that deck has better combo power but this leader has better traits and free play

It usually isn't worth to protect your non-barrier cards and waste energy doing that. Let's say that you're on 1 energy and I play a battle card to remove your Roshi. You spent it on Bulma to protect him. Now you're tapped out and I'll just proceed to attack you instead. Had you let me KO the Roshi and then used the energy on a negate or, better yet, a floodgate, it would do more to stop my turn than the Bulma play did

@ ah I see what you’re saying, it’s less that the skill itself is bad and more that what you spend to activate it isn’t worth it cause of what else you could be doing

@ I agree just heroic isn’t dormant. U may have it early but it’ll get worse the later the game goes not just because naturally energy gets closer to battle cards sizes but because once any color is under 4 the card can be countered making it a much less effective floodgate

Not to mention koitsukai can be live on t2 so there’s an argument to say that card alone shuts this deck down.

You don't need z-energy outside of the unison, which isn't mandatory in non-aggro matchups, while you're attacking more times in a turn than most decks.

Cell Xeno loves how easy this deck gets to 12 cost :D

@@TheLookoutDBS Successor is only mono-green, mono-yellow , green-yellow. So beside porunga 7 cost and any other green 5 cost its pretty hard to get 12

Yea the deck is really crazy and the board being so hard to remove makes it even crazier haha

Check out the pinned list, it has some ideas for dealing with aggro :) You'll have to adjust your strategy, focus more on the Goku/Frieza Z-unison and Heroic Prospect for defense, then push them back on turns 3-4

Video on him coming out tomorrow :) I think that he's slightly better than he looks but still kindda...ok. He is nowhere close to tier 1 and 2 leaders imo, especially not to tier 1

Did you skip the part where Porunga doesn't do anything for the turn 2 play outside of giving you +1 in hand at the end of it?

@@TheLookoutDBS One of my friends has the old Revive Goku leader with Healing Pod. He uses Hirudegarn to KO his own Revive cards to draw 3 on his turn and ramp. He also has a perma lock unless you have your skill negate card or are playing red by targetting one of his cards and using the Super Shenron SCR to give one of his revive cards indestructible and then locking you into only being able to attack it with leader effect.

Honestly I'm surprised that Piccolo got revive support instead of Hirudegarn in BT24 :O Yea, there's a couple of older cards which can work with the deck. It is worth testing out :D

@@TheLookoutDBS On one hand, i'd be SUPER annoyed if they limit 1 the Counter:Play because it's the ONLY piece of the Vegito archetype I actually own (and is playsetted), on the otherhand hitting it might drop the ss4 vegito stuff down in price so I can actually afford it for Pan: Xeno. Because for some reason every single black deck is trying to Run the entire SS4 engine inside of it. Seriously, just go play ss4 if your going to be running the archetype anyways!
