Worst pizza.... the dough is not fermented enough.. it not puffingly stretched to the outside enough.... ..It is completely thin all throughout..thus making it less flexible ... and the steak is cooled cz of wooden pizza oven.. at home it wd be over cooked or undercooked and chared...making it more difficult.. plus the type cheese of cheese is wrong... I am not telling you how to eat your pizza..I am telling you how to cook it though .. that's an utter load of rubbish

Hi, what happens if you cook the prosciutto with the pizza?
All this is missing is oreganon on top before cooking, extra virgin olive oil and freshly ground black pepper to finish, so close to perfection.
It’s best practice to put oregano after the pizza is close to coming out. You’re burning the spices otherwise. Other spices like fennel, etc are okay to put initially cause they can be toasted

I am an American, living in Cambodia, with a Cambodian wife and adult daughter. My daughter and I have made pizza together a couple of times. She enjoys the dough. Neither of us had any idea how to shape it and came up with a think bread-like dough, which was actually pretty good. We watched this and are both very inspired to improve our game. What are the best wild mushrooms to use. How about porcini, maitake or oyster mushrooms? Any favorites?
For me the best combination is Cauliflower Mushroom (Sparassis Crispa) + Chanterelle mushrooms, or even better, but harder to find Tawny Milkcap (Lactifluus Volemus) + Chanterelle mushrooms
I don't know about eating wild mushrooms I mean I don't want to eat any kind of wild s*** I want my s*** domesticated
