Anyone defending this doesn’t realize spooky (the TO) has sponsors watching him as well as all the viewers that are supporting his tourney/stream. He would be disrespecting them heavily if he didn’t do anything (and all he wanted was a real match, he didn’t care if they split the pot it’s the fact that they made a joke out of it) and most likely negatively impact all his other tourneys after this

For anyone defending this (and possibly the Smash 4 incident at EVO2018), would you be OK if you bought tickets to the playoffs (or any other sports final) or even just watched at home, then the playing teams started treating the game like a joke?
