This brings back some fond memories! I worked at Aerospace Corp. in 1984, and a lab partner used to have fun with this on a machine we usually used for realtime data collection on a vacuum chamber. The program he used required that core memory be installed, so after swapping a couple of boards and booting, he'd play things like the 3rd Brandenburg Concerto.

Trying playing this yourself with your own hands that would be impossible all the way through completely I think .

We did that at Update Computer Club at Uppsala University back about 1992-1994 for an exebition. It was fun, and the machines was old already back then. 🙂

Is that Hammond an R-100 series by chance? It's the only tonewheel model that has those types of keys and centered drawbars - anything made any later I wouldn't recognize lol
