    老师你好,我跟着您的视频,第一次非常成功,但接下来第二次失败了,蛋糕和香蕉泥分隔了,香蕉泥全部沉在下面,变成香蕉的部份硬硬,上面蛋糕就很蓬松(有可能香蕉捣不够烂?),也有一次做橙汁的,也是一样下面部份硬,上面松😢。

    请问你用的是A蛋吗?如果是用B蛋 需要加多一粒吗?糖的部分 可以再减吗?谢谢回复🙏😊

      A和B都可以,但如果是C蛋就要加一粒,最好使用蛋黄较深色的鸡蛋如菜园鸡蛋,蛋糕色泽会比较美。糖不建议再减了。祝你成功!

      Instead of reducing the number of layers, I suggest you to use smaller baking pan and make at least 10 layers. Hope I understand your question correctly 😅

      @@winneykitchen9248 hi. Thx for responding & sorry for the confusion. What I mean is 40gm per layer instead of 80gm. BTW, I will be using a 4 x 4 inch pan. Is that OK?

      @@Michelle-so7jp your pan size is 60% of mine, hence 48gm per layer should be equal to thickness of mine, if u make 40gm, each layer may be slightly thinner, (and may be dryer🤔I am not sure)

      室温就可以了,也不难打发,重要鸡蛋要新鲜。

      Using 8 inch mold, you will get less layers, if you are OK with it. Else, May be you can increase the ingredients volumn by 20%, hence can make up to 10 layers like mine.

      If u choose to increase the ingredients volume, remember to increase the volume of batter for each layer as well...

      Anyhow a wider mold means a thinner layer, therefore u need to increase the volume of batter for each layer, else u may get dryer layer cake

      17cm Square mould, mix spice can get from baking ingredients supply shop, vanilla essence yes u can use
