"procrastinating your life" is the exact description of my current status. I plan too much and take little action. I fail to visualize the future and then 10 years pass and I am in the same place 😅 Something has to change! Thanks for opening my mind to think about the future in a better way!

You can monthly, also you should not be watching RUclips videos for suggestions, only the instructors are who you should ask for clarifications.

I have thought about learning art too. I’m just a 50 year old guy who has worked in technology for over 23 years. I’m excited to see you progress & succeed. I’ve been studying art in vr with Meta. It has been 1 1/2 years since I quit my technology job. The stress finally got to me. My wife and kids fully supported my decision. My wife actually told me to.

I love that you did this review and the first review. I have been thinking about starting the Evolve program but all the reviews are people that had art training. I have wanted to paint and draw for years just to chicken to try it. I am definitely, going to try this. Thank you! Have you started block 3, how is it going for you?

Keep it up! I am about to graduate from college and am usually a highly productive person, but am struggling with some weird commitment paralysis. I have been aware of this method for a while, but watching you be so honest and normal in this video has been helpful and inspiring, especially seeing how the algorithm recommended it to me when you only have 58 subscribers. I hope you gain more and reach all of your goals, good luck!

Yeah, it took me a while to implement also. It is a commitment. That is what will make/break your success. " I am going to do this for the next twelve weeks, even if I don't want to" is what has helped me. Along with writing morning pages to renew my commitment every morning

Awesome. It's so amazing when people decide to do something with the breath we are blessed with. Your video is so packed with information, love your style. Honestly, my best work is when my radical self-love and grace are at their peak. A growth mindset, realistic goals and positive self-talk in the realm of affirmations personally changed my life. Peace and grace.

Hi Nicole, fantastic information on Frida. I love her work and key fact I found out that we shared the same birthday 6th July obviously different years 😅… in another video you said you were doing Millan Institute programme as well as Evolve, how Millan programme is helping you to achieve your goals and how is it supplementing Evolve? I would love to know. I am in block 3 😊, but I am reading lots of book to supplement knowledge:).

Its funny watching this. I work IT and was just having this conversation with my dad yesterday about how I'm at a crossroads. I'm debating about finishing my degree in IT and getting more certs to get a better paying job, but I also know that though I'm interested in tech, my brain is just not structured to enjoy constant problem solving. I always find that "flow" state people talk about when I'm working on art, whether it be painting, making things in Blender or writing YT scripts or fiction. On the other hand, I'm the breadwinner for my wife and daughter and have a son on they way. I actually found your channel when looking into Evolve Art a few months ago and didn't realize or missed that you had another channel and it's just interesting seeing someone with similar interests trying to make the same choices. I subscribed after your last video and look forward to seeing your art journey. It's encouraging for some of us other millennials who are hitting 30 and realizing we don't want to be forever stuck in the "Financial Safety" career trap.

Glad to see a like minded soul here! Thanks for joining me. Yeah, a lot of people get stuck in the Financial Safety Career Trap. But in reality, doing something that you like can actually be very lucrative because you'l stick to it. Totally get the constant problem solving problem. There are some IT jobs where you won't be solving problems all the time

Drawing is essential to good painting - it becomes easier as you learn how to observe and simplify form, though. Good on you for sticking through the program!

I've never taken this program, but I've enjoyed some of the videos Kevin Murphy put out about oil painting. Seems like a really nice guy! The $2500 seems reasonable - that's about the same price I've paid for professional/college courses, and those didn't come with supplies. I'd argue there are fantastic alternatives to Old Holland out there (especially in the US! Vasari/Rublev/Blue Ridge are small businesses that are beloved by many, and Gamblin/M Graham/Williamsburg are all US-made and pretty legit)... but honestly, OH has great paint and I don't think anyone would be disapointed to use them. I'm in the strange position of being a professional artist (but switching from digital to traditional). I took a look at the Evolve program, but I already do similar studies on my own... so I don't know how much the program would actually help me, haha! Having that structure seems nice, and I'm glad you're getting a lot out of it! It really looks like a solid program, and focusing on black/white values is a fantastic way of starting an artistic journey.

That con in being in your own is rubish. That’s why there are homework rooms where you can get help from more experienced people. Also you can do digital after evolve. I think you need to do more in the program before making reviews like this.
