That was Queen Marie Antoinette ("let them have cake") .... when the French revolution began, shortly after America was born and French helped us win that here, the people in France were starving and very poor, yet all of the wealthy Aristocrats and Royalty had too much .... the people revolted and wanted to get rid of their monarchy the same way America just had by fighting to stop living under the King of England's tyranny. They wanted this and this is where Napoleon begins, as seen here in this clip. The irony though is that he fought to help free France from tyranny but then crowned himself Holy Roman Emperor ....
