I use acrylic paint by the brand Craft Smart. Occasionally I'll use folkart paint. It typically takes multiple coats to get the desired color. I have noticed your recent comments In regards to making the other chicken run characters. If I get a good response to this video I will consider making the other characters. As of right now, I am working on other characters from other shows.

Does the paint dry?

Yes. You have to let each layer of paint dry in between coats before applying more layers to get the desired consistency of color.

I know the video seems immaculate and simple, but it takes a lot of time and patience to get the desired outcome. 😅 Just keep at it and you'll create great sculptures as well.
