The audio file option is greyed out for me

I never asked it to do it, it just does it automatically and it put part of what I recorded on one track and another part on another track. Than I did what this video did and it erased one of the parts and I put undo and it didn't work to get my work back. It did take one and two in one take. Flatten made me loose the second part.

I've followed along with every step but for some reason my when my session bounces to an mp3 there's no audio in the exported file when I play it back. Does anyone know why that might be happening?

Did the author or someone have such a strange moment? In the session, recording is constantly in the "take folder" mode and suddenly... after a couple of hours of operation, this function is disabled and it is impossible to return it! There is no entry in "take folder" mode. No settings help. It remains to go back to the last saved file or create a new project.) Has anyone encountered an unexpected termination of this function in the project?

Hello guys. @westthames2612 Why in my Logic Pro i don't have on tracks another takes? When i recoring in the morrning everything was good. When i was recirding on afternoon i can't recording another tracks and choose one from five. Someone can help me with that?

Some electric guitar pickups are microphonic and might (faintly) record the clicks. Good lesson, thanks.

I’m pretty sure if you highlight multiple regions an end the name with a number it will sequentially number each one in order automatically. I can’t remember if you put the number at the beginning of the name or at the end of the name

at 17:03 how did you zoom shrink all those tracks ?

for everyone else that doesn’t start off with a full track project. right click and choose create new track with same instrument settings first. then you can paste it down.

command R repeats any selected region

If I have a track that I did some cut and paste to where I have different sections that tough each other but are not glued togeather, If I choose flatten will it automatically heal the splits?

if this is not working for you go to preferences ,then recording and turn on creat take folder. it then will work every time.

I have currently have had an issue with Logic pro X I’ve not recorded in a few weeks however I’ve open my projects and started to record. I have no noticeably noticed that there was a horrible crackling sound in my microphone. Unplugged my interface re-plugged it back in and set up my computer. I was currently having the same issue. I went to general and audio and changed a few things around in there and noticeably noticed again that the signal bar has changed instead of showing to there is only one chunkier greenbar showing how do I get it back to as it was

What happens if you were recording audio on microphone and the second take, once flattened and merged is at a higher level. Is there a way to flatten the audio to the same level?
