First of all if you are doing a review on RUclips learn to pronounce your words properly. Salmon is pronounced with L silent. It's not sweet and salt, it is sweet and sour. Remember this is watched world wide.
Name tags weren't available that day. All the names i asked from the chefs and it's not possible to remember because I'm not in the food industry . That's why sweet and sour is called sweet and salt. Im not professional food reviewer .. so please ignore my mistakes .
Dinner buffet also not much variation. It's not valid for money. When you compare with the other hotel. Not mention the food name also. For their excuse, they tell you still under construction. Think before you go. Dessert side ok.
