    D - first question,reason male and female has different cause of back pain its not serious issue if you are doing bodybuilding or strenght training in gym or others regular sports activity this pain can be by driving car, less water , or jerk heavy accessories, its common pain between ppl Back pain is more common among people who are not physically fit. For example, weak back and stomach muscles may not properly support the spine (core strength). Back pain is also more likely if you exercise too strenuously after being inactive for a while (overdoing it).
