what a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful video ✨ the laxed-convo format, the softness of scene + delivery, the little rose-looking string decor on the shelves, and most importantly, the challenging of convention makes for such a wonderfully fresh, authentically personal perspective ~ i've had this video queued up for months + i'm happy to have finally gotten to it 👏🏽 🌹 bravo
Thank you for your very kind words. Often times I feel like I’m sending videos in to the void, so it’s always good to hear it resonates. I appreciate your feedback!
i agree and disagree with you. i think fujis are really inspiring cameras that can take nice photos. BUT...and i think this gets to a really unhealthy state: they are ludicrously overpriced for what they do. parttime because of the people who now go after every single object that exists in this world that even remotely looks vintage and hoard it and rise prices and part of with fuji as a company itself wich i really dont like tbh because they create ''shortages'' and whatnot on purpose to go with the vintage hype people and create scarcity putting their cameras in more as a luxury good for the rich kids like leica instead of simply a camera. and in that regard... it is increasingly difficult to justify a fuji when fuji means= Pay way more to get less. its kind of the opposite of those supermarket ads: buy 2, get 3. Fuji is the equiv. of buy 3, get 1. and especially those old fuji bodies have no right in this world to be that expensive on used market. have a look at a olympus em5 for example, wich is quite similar (the mark 1) that one you can pick up for 120 Euros used. honestly, i would love to have a fuji xe1 , but i am not paying more than 120 Euros for it because from a pure technical and realistic standpoint, they are not worth more than that anymore. sadly, even the xe1 costs more like 350 wich is laughable.
Thank you for your comment, wonderful considerations and points. I hear you and definitely see where you are coming from. I’ll have to check out the Olympus you mentioned. I am currently working on a vintage digital camera video which includes selections from 10 to nearly 20 years old. Hopefully you can tune in and give some more feedback. Much appreciated
@@InaiahLujanMusic i love old cameras tho. it just becomes really quite bizarre if you check out some fuji forums and stuff to see prices like 6-7 years ago and they went for like 100 bucks or something because they were just a camera and almost noone wanted them. and now its hype and all of a sudden they are super overpriced. i dont have anything against fuji. and i would love to have a fuji or 2, i just cant justify the pricing of them.

I’ve been meaning to try out some of this stuff, any recommendations?
An iPod classic may be a good place to start, or a disposable film camera. I love to go to antique and thrift stores to find treasures. Happy hunting!
Teach me your ways 🙏
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Thanks for this video, Inaiah! Analog definitely runs more parallel and more in resonance with nature than digital, in my opinion. Yep, loving my cassette player, cassette recorder, and classic ipods!! Yeah!
Thank you for your comment! Anything to get me off my phone lol. Love that analogue also resonates with you 🖤
Great video man, been looking at one of these for a while, really helpful
Thanks for watching, happy it helped!
Love the showreel. Hope 2024 was good to you.
Most creative year yet! Thank you 🙏🏽

this was brilliant, very informed on how to operate the camera especially the manual focus part.
Thank you! Thanks for watching!
Gotta love records! Just something special about loading a big ole disc, keeping your stylus clean, and ugh organizing the collection… I need another box
Agreed, I love my vinyl collection and my audio technica turn table!
My 1990 Minolta film camera x370n or x300s here in Mexico🇲🇽. I just love retro tech
I love Minolta cameras! 📷
@@InaiahLujanMusic yeah, they’re so good. I wouldn’t change mine
I worked at a photo printing studio and i will always be in love with those old chemical laser printers the quality of the prints and beautiful purpose made design of the noritsu printers inkjets could never replicate
So cool! I’ve started developing on my own B&W and c-41 color film but have yet to make prints, one day I’ll have a dark room! I have heard of Noritsu scanners but never heard of printers! I’ll bet they’re dope! Thanks for sharing
What retro tech do you still use? Let me know below! 📼

@@InaiahLujanMusic I just saw this as your first video, quality is extremely good. And I now see u only have 1.28k. I'm confident that it definitely won't stay like that.

Fantastic video and brought some memories! Those little chimes from Mario were great!!!
Glad you picked up on that! I had a Nintendo segment that just didn’t come together so the Mario SFX were the remnants:)

I love old tech! thanks for making this video 🫶🏼
Aww thank you for watching 🙏🏽🫶🏽✨
Idk why but i love the way it look from top of this camera
how can i export the photos from the x-e1 to iphone?
Depending on the iPhone you have you can purchase an SD card reader that goes to lightning (older iPhones) or USB-C (newer iPhones) it will read as a hard drive in your camera roll and you can import from there. Hope this helps.
This is great!😄
Thank you 😊
Spot on dude! Awesome

That is so awesome, thank you for sharing! 🙏🏽
I hate Campsnap but love XE1. They're like night and day in every kind of way. Even my 4x5inch prints sucked on Campsnap but I've made great 28 inch prints with the XE1. The XE1 is great with manual lenses
Nuts.
visuals are awesome, keep on going!
Thank you so much!
Love the sound on the bass. Has a nice kick effect...
Thank you! There is a subtle kick sound in there too to beef it up but I quite liked the muted pic sound I got.
Thank you!
Thank you 🙏🏽

tbh, the wb +2 -2 is my go to in recent 2 years for evyday shooting, it best and always good with my style. but i use astia
even i dont like the newer color like xh2 xh1 xh2s color, it need raw and lot editing. but xe1? u shoot jpeg u ready to rock! no need raw
I keep coming back to this song. Thank you for writing such a sad banger. 😭😭
💙💙💙
just find out your channel, nicew vids mate, nice content :), may i ask what lut are you using on this recorded video or what picture profile settings? i guess its a sony camera (fx30 i guess), thanks in advance, keep it up youtube needs more videos like this
Hi I am using FX30 shooting CineEI (slog-3) doing my color conversion and grading in DaVinci Resolve - I’m a big fan of the Alexandru’s LUT collection to use as a preview LUT while I shoot but I don’t bake in the look, I just use it as a reference point and do my own grade in post. You can download those luts for free at: pro.sony/en_AL/technology/amb22-alexandru-don-luts-free-download
