This is probably my favorite A.I villain, Only rivaling AM, between them there both my favorite, The reason why I adore this A.I villian is it's design and the emotions its shows wenether it gets upset or angry

I'm pretty sure if they kept Seamstress's first design then i think they would've actually have created a horror movie with that. 💀

It's doing this so it could revive his father the scientist by taking all 9 stimpunks' souls to revive him and is example of what war and betrayal can do to someone except in a big machine that's intelligent and made for war kind of a sad story still can't help to feel bad for him

After watching the DVD special features, you can tell that Shane Acker struggled with the Tim Burton team on it's development of his original creation. This was a full movie based on his completely original concept that he also spent years to animate into a short film by himself. Watching the special features, you can tell Shane naturally wanted a hand in all parts of it's development, but the team got annoyed with him for not wanting to let his 'baby' go, or be outside his control. There's a bittersweet undercurrent to the development of this film, and I just hope Shane Acker's efforts shown through in the finished film, and also that he received adequate compensation for his original concepts.

I love how despite not being able to speak or anything you can know full well how the machine feels. It can display raw anger and mania. Just look at how it behaves after it finds out its spawns have been defeated, it instantly tries to quickly make something new to ensure that all life is eradicated.

It's like one man said: Machine made by human - cannot kill human But Machine made by machine - *C A N*

I was terrified while watching it when it came out. Especially of the hypnotic doll.

I love this movie for the intriguing story and the insane amount of detail they put in everything, but this, this is another level of detail

I like how emotional the machine is. It is not a strictly rational AI, it clearly has some human tendencies
