How to clear "Radar Cruise Control unavailable" message in a Toyota or Lexus.
Toyota or Lexus and some other vehicles equipped with a front radar that makes some driving safety features possible can stop working and gives a message on the dashboard like " Radar Cruise Control unavailable". Snow and ice accumulation in the front radar can block the radar signal. It's easy to clear the messages by wiping off whatever is stuck to the radar as shown in this video.

My 2008 Toyota Sienna has been making a squeeking noise for about two months. It cones and goes. Took it to a mechanic. He piured water on the belt and squeeking disappeared. I bought belt dressing and it wirks for about 5 minutes, but upon accelaration it returns. I previoysly had another mechanic chabge that belt. I spoke to two new mechanics which both stated that the belt used is too loose, not correct belt. I live in Cancun Mexico, where mechanics are very shady, more than the US. Tgey said tensioner is good. What do you guys think?
Hello sir. My wife's Honda will turn over but not start. Did what your video said and still did not work. I noticed that the key light would come on in the instrument cluster. So I put the key in the first position, and it starts runs for a minute and then shuts off. If I put the key in the second position, it runs and does its thing properly. I know it's been a while since you made this video, but is there any suggestion? Thanks
@@nathanhale3006 I'm not a professional installer, and this video was made only to cover how to program a new clicker for a well-functioning remote start device. I never had a problem with the device itself since it was installed at the dealership. Sorry I don't have a clear answer for your question, but I believe every remote starter needs to do two to three steps in order to finalize the clicker order and start the car remotely: 1. Bypass car security, just like turning your key from lock position to ACC, and bypass the non-existence of a physical security chip key near the steering column. 2. Turn on the ignition without start, just like turning your key to the ON position where all the dash lights will turn on. 3. Trigger the starter for a few seconds then go back to position/step two. In this case the car will keep remotely running till the end of the programmed period, or till somebody pushes the brake pedal without inserting the key, or till the driver gets in and takes over by inserting and turning the key to the ON position. So, I believe you need to re-program or check the main device wiring.
Hi , thanks ......What else is good to replace while doing this ???
@@petrdrbal10 Clean the throttle body while it's detached. Put an old towel under it and give it a nice shower of throttle cleaner from both sides. The towel prevents the cleaner from dripping on the exhaust, otherwise you'll get a nice cloud of smoke once you start the van. Another thing is to replace the rear 3 coils, I didn't, two years later the rear middle coil went bad, and I have to redo the work again but it was easier since I didn't have to change the plugs, I got 6 coils DENSO from RockAuto. Air filter and PCV valve are up to you since you can get easy access to them anytime.

How about the 2015 Highlander Limited 3.5L V6 Intermediate Shaft Speed A. Circuit. Toyota Part Number and location??
I did it on my Toyota Sienna 2007 and it worked. Thank you so much for taking the time to post this video :)
Thanks for the video! I have a 2007 Toyota Sienna LE. Can you tell my which number this sensor is? The Toyota website asks if it's 1 or 2?
I believe it's #1 . I remember coming across this question 4 years ago when I did the repair. I had to consult an out-of-state mechanic over the phone, and he just told me to go with the blue one, not the black one. By the way, I still own the van and never had a problem with the transmission after that.
How can I bring it back to normal?
1:18 shut the car off to get out of service mode.

Hi what is about the 2014 Sienna is it the same sensor?
@@tbktuvshin7972 generally the same process, but check for the part number since the 2014 has an updated transmission. Better to check either Toyota Nation or Sienna Chat websites.
good video, it worked. my 2005 Sienna was in a minor side impact accident a while back and even though the air bags never deployed the light for it was on since it came back from the body shop.

Thank you sir. This was exactly the solution to my problem.
This worked! Thank you so much!😊
The instructions were clear and detailed. You made it a breeze!!! Thank you
Thank you for providing these details for making this process more manageable! I worked my way through college as a mechanic, but that was 45 years ago…nothing matters as much as recent experience! Well done, sir. (Don’t worry about the “ratcheting ratchet”error. I usually as for “The thing-a-ma-jig! You know…”
I disconnected both and sprayed some DeOxit5 on the terminals and it didn't work. But five minutes later, it did. Very nice, especially since the dealer said the repair might run me up to $6,000.
I used CRC contact cleaner, much cheaper at Walmart.
This is like the fourth time I've watched this over the last couple years..... THANKS

Work smarter not harder, straight up.
Been dealing with an intermittent P0368 since I bought my 07 es350 a couple years ago. Picked up 4 of these plugs with 3 wires pinned and those heat shrink connectors for $20. Figured it would be good to have some spares for practice and in case I need them in the future. Your video helped me out so much. Job took me 9 hrs because it's so tight back there and I wanted to be extra careful. Finished this 6 months ago and it worked perfectly. Thank You!
Here is my updated video for my second Breville oven with the same problem ruclips.net/video/Y-ZHNPt1Dno/видео.htmlsi=583Mda0zfhq0INtY
The hose from the back of the intake manifold that you pointed out, where does the other end go? I’ve been looking for it but can’t find it.
It goes to the brake booster, look behind the brake fluid reservoir. You can keep it attached on both ends and put the plenum on the battery or any place that won't block you from working. I did another van and I was confident enough to just set it aside without disconnecting it. It's up to you. But watch out for the dirt coming out of the plenum.
I just followed your instructions this afternoon (7/6/2024) on my 07 Sienna and was able to change my speed sensor within 30 minutes. What took me the longest was trying to take out some old rusted screws that were holding on to the air filter clamp for dear life, lol. The original sensor was a little tough to take out to but with a little twisting and turning, it finally came out. Once those screws and original sensor came out, the new sensor was installed easily and it was really easy to put it all back together again. Thank you for recording this video for the general population. You saved me a few hundred dollars!
Thanks for the feedback. It's been around 4 years and I still have the van with no transmission issues at all after this repair.
Funny how universal this problem is. I was replacing all 6 plugs and coils and ripped this sensor out too. Thank you so much for this video!
Mahalo! Awesome video H Alganis, worked for my 2007 Sienna that has over 285,000 miles on it!
Thanks for sharing! Because of your video I was able to know which part to order & how to fix our same issues on our 2007 Sienna. lt looks like it's easy enough that I can attempt it myself. I got the parts ordered & now just have to go to Walmart & get the tool set. Very helpful!
Make sure you get the set that has the T 30 star. Or you may already have a replacement tool laying around at home, the Ikea Allen key works sometimes if it's the right size. try it on the front door first and let us know

Can this mode be used to replace rear brake pads on Hybrid Avalon 2021 ?
No, this service mode is for the engine (for diagnostic and after oil change to circulate the oil through the new filter). For Toyota newer models equipped with EPB (Electronic Emergency parking brakes), you need to put the EPB in service mode (to move the EPB out of the way in order to replace the rear pads, it has its own procedure that requires you to push/ pull the parking brake button multiple time in certain sequence, or use a scan tool ( I used XTool 7). I recommend you watch CAR CARE NUT video to understand what I'm saying. ruclips.net/video/-Y1U8Iw88iA/видео.htmlsi=dDWtAXRLcwd8yXZd
Thanks for your video! I was able to fix the mechanism but I wasn’t able to slide the cover off. It was stuck to the oven at the front and sides. I had to almost peel it off at the front. It still wouldn’t slide off toward the back. When I try to put the cover back on there are big gaps at both sides. I think I ruined it for good but not sure. Anyone else have this problem? 😢
As far as the door slides shut , the cover does not affect the functionality of the oven. The cover only protects the slider on the left side and other components on the right. Yes, sliding the cover is more harder in heavily used ovens since oil vapors turns into glue. Also you need to make sure you removed all the screws required for this job, 3+3 at the bottom, 2+2 on both sides, and a ton of tiny screw at the back. I assume you bent the sliding tabs/tongues that slides behind the front sides of the oven, in this case you may need extra hands to fit them in while pushing the cover back in place. good luck
Thank you sir
Makes alot of sense to me cause b is black you don’t want to mixed them both so the next letter on blue is l so why not
Why make those video if you don't show the details of how you removed it and replaced?
