I was on Jon Lords concert with Symphonic orchestra in Saint Petersburg, Russia in 2011. I got his sign on the promo booklet and also one of the 2 drummers stick which he played all concert. That was one of the best day of my life, also cos the last song was Child in Time. My man, that was incredible. God bless you, Jon Lord.

Today, we take sounds we hear in music for granted. When this came out, it was a very novel sound from a Hammond organ.
The only person in music I wish I had of met when alive fascinating character ,he just exudes confidence. .
