Where did you got the electric kit?

My Display gets power and lights up, erider pro branding and such but it won't show speed or distance, battery charge after like 1 second. It will allow me to access the menu and make changes like setting the time, sprocket size, etc, but it won't display and data from a ride or the battery. E Ride sent me new display, still not working. Anyone else have this issue? Thank you~! Nice Video! : ) Otherwise I love the Bike!

I will not put debriller on bmx bike. I would get single speed kit.

Thanks for showing how to get the damn motor apart with an expensive tool I didn't know I was going to need and never heard of ... that was helpful! I found another video that shows how to use it, but then it was never shown how to get to the gears. You people do not know how to do step by step!

I almost bought a new battery. My Rad Commuter 3 has 7,400 miles in 3 years (running at the adjusted 25mph max and always on the 5 setting). When the motor kicks off (usually because I hit the brake) the pedaling against the motor is crazy resistant but recently the bike will give me the "motor give resistance" at random spots during my 10m commute to work and then the the front head light stopped working. I was hoping this was all due to the battery being dead, but the battery isn't dead and today it full stopped and drained to empty and after work it's back to full strength. Does anyone know a mechanic in Colorado that can replace the front wiring that isn't Velofix?

Im on my 3rd battery controller on my rad rover 6 , and it doesn't ride like it use to, im not trusting of rad products anymore. Alot of money because of defective parts and design.

Not bad, ebmx is where its at. Built a mid drive bmx cruiser back in May and just picked up my next project bike a very spicy WTP Swamp Master full suspension on 20" rims with all that lovely bmx geometry the bike is sick. I will probably make a short video on the build once i get the motor kit ordered and figuring out if it will even work with how the rear suspension works. Bike building is a blast and adding juice to them is just extra nice 👌

Thats a junk bmx brand there frame are heavy and break very often id go for a pro frame thats going to be 4x stronger and weigh lighter for less strain on the motor for pulling hills with a heavy adult on it

nice looking ebike - the tires are too small, but would be ok on a clown bike ;) the suspension would be an ez upgrade [had a few motor cycles n shocks are ez to find and exchange] but the tiny tires are another matter. we wont mention the performance or the pedal strikes, having your feet dig into the dirt IF you try to pedal] But I like the look and agree it being a fine long range ebike [just ride straight or use the throttle]

I have a few E-BMX builds in my shop present. you are going to want to put a brake on the front to help stop you when going 5 times faster than the bike's brakes are designed to stop. I use 1999 Odyssey's great state of the art side pull BMX brakes. they come with everything you need to mount and use them with. front and rear mounting bolts, brake lever, cable and side pull brake. Got one E-BMX with a 1500 watt rear direct drive motor. It is strangely silent when you ride it, more quiet than a normal bicycle.

how does the front hub drive feel steering wise? i really like how front hub motors look and i enjoy the idea of it kinda pulling the bike (thats just a goofy thought in my head) but for having FWD on a cruiser sort of bike might be problematic with steering and stuff...

Can you let me know where you got your gear set. I have the same cruiser and need them replaced as well.
