one thing that i feel like you probably should've put more emphasis on is that in the Genesect movie, set in gen 5 era, Mewtwo fully just straight up mega evolves.

How did you not talk about the fact that Koko's theme song “Koko” is an absolute banger? Sawano Hiroyuki (composer for most of Attack on Titan) even worked on it too. And that song even got an official english version but was completely replaced in the dub, the dub track is not bad, it fits, but the original is just on a different level. This film also has some nice insert songs by Okazaki Taiiku.

For some odd reason, Pokémon White: Victini and Zekrom had a limited theatrical release in a select number of theaters when it came out in the U.S. yet Pokémon Black: Victini and Reshiram never had a theatrical release and was first released direct to tv on Cartoon Network. This is when a funny story from my childhood came up to me when I begged my dad to drive nearly 2 hours to see that Pokémon movie that was releasing for a limited time because it was the closest theater that was showing the movie. Yet there was already Pokémon Black that was coming out on tv and it was literally the same movie just with the character roles switched around.

I want to point out that that's a second Mewtwo in the Genesect movie. There's a tv special that basically hints at it being made by Team Plasma. Plus the original Mewtwo reappears in the anime sometime during the Journeys era

How would you rate the Iris mortality rate in Kyurem since the fact that she somehow climed out of there off-screen? Like...that might be the weidest moment in all of the movies. Why would you not show that? Is it cause it's not Ash that does it? Also, Temple Of The Sea sucks simply because despite being mostly a May-focused movie, they put her in a freaking coffin for no reason at the end. I'd rather watch the Hoopa movie over it. DEAD. SERIOUS.
