OMG yeeeeyyyy, this is literally in my top five favorite kpop songs ever!! Taeyeon is also from SM and probably one of the strongest female vocals in the game. She’s from the group girls generation and has the most popular solo career :)

11:20 yeah tbh SM just has the best music. Maybe it’s a hot take, maybe everyone thinks so, idk. But they just hire good producers and they train the best vocalists so 1+1 equals 2. Oh and they have more RnB type of songs and that is my favorite genre next to pop :)

Twice always peaks on my Spotify stats during summer

Early twice for some is understandable to not like! For me I became fan around their comeback of Talk That Talk. I became too obsessed so I needed more music from twice and it’s when I started listening to all of twice’s albums, English, Korean, and Japanese. And I’ve never done it before, I wasn’t fan of kpop. Twice made me change my mind, maybe once you do your deep dive of twice on your own time, your opinion of earlier albums might change. But it’s okay if it doesn’t! The recent twice concert is probably more for your taste.

Yeah Twice are very much girl pop i think the more you go back in their discogrophy the more girlish it gets, at around fancy era they started going for more woman than girl. Aesthetic wise Scientist is very much the same vibe if you want more of that

HIGHLY recommend their most recent japanese release, shohikigen. i think thats definitely made it to my absolute favorite in one week lol, its a continuation of a previous japanese release they had called "ima" if you wanted to watch that one first, but its not required for context :) I think right now my top 5 is: 1)Shohikigen (anime opening vibes) 2)run to you (anime opening vibes) 3)Fallin flower (just a really pretty song lol and beautiful choreography) 4)I dont understand but i luv u (r&b) 5)Shadow (nice acoustic backing)

this might actually be the BEST kpop album out there. you'd be surprised how many people make their top 10 kpop album/release and this is always within top 5. it's like if you don't have this on your list, it will look like a fraud list lmao

"Perfect Velvet" is good, but "Chill Kill" is even better, IMO, the first album, "The Red" like cold coke, fresh, "Perfect Velvet" like chocolate milk, smooth and tasty, "Chill Kill" like aged fine wine, a memorable experience

They are self produced idols, they make and choreographed their own songs for a long time. they make different genres of songs anything you like. they are also known as synchronization king, powerhouse of kpop and more! they indeed talented.
