This channel provides short videos that focus on specific rowing technique. It is mostly basic items but will get more complicated. This was created as a passion project because I was coaching college rowing and trying to show students a video of the week on the particular item of focus for the week but they didn't exist, so I created a channel. While there are many rowing strategies out there, these have been proven by my time at Purdue Crew and beyond as a masters/college coach. I'm in no way saying my way is the only way, just one of the ways that works. I welcome respectful comments of other strategies, as those can lead to future videos, or overall better rowing around the world. The opinions shown in these videos are not necessarily shared by former places of employment.
