Encounter with Monitora Deia and opening stretching with Yaya - Organised by the collective Women in Capoeira Meanjin/Brisbane.
In this workshop, Monitora Deia from Capoeira Beribazu Australia, guided us through a journey to unpack our Mindfulness in Capoeira.
With the idea of being present and in sync with one another. Through capoeira-based mindful exercises, she helped us anchor ourselves in the present moment.
Yaya, a yoga instructor and Capoeira student from Xango Capoeira took us through a yoga-based stretching session.

You can really be noticed when you are in the spotlight. hahahahah. Nagpaudition bitaw mi para sa Good Vibes. If ganahan ka mo apil bah, pwede ra kaayo ka mo enroll sa usc then mo audition. Ay pagsakit nga nadaog mi. Mao nay gi ingon "if you cant bring them down, join them". Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

Uhm, wait, parehas ra man tag giwatch nga contest no??? Kay naa man gud ko sa atubangan ng watch niya wala jud koy nakita nga nalukapa or naslide... And yes, if nakabasa ka sa IRR kay wala may gistate nga dili pwede mu.use ug water...try gani ug basa...Thank you sa comment though...God bless..:)
