Hey bud, if you still own that mack, try replacing the tempurature boost sensor, some times the temperature stop reading correctly and the boost reads o.k. hard to detect, but you may have a faulty temperature boost sensor.

How many miles did you have at the time?

I have a 2010 mack cxu613 and it's a money pit. I replacement every sensor underneath the hood ,computer harnesses, injectors and injector cups, oil separator, check valves and I'm still having problems. I'm also about to change the turbo. Which is the last thing I haven't change. After that I'm calling quits.

My 04 Mack Vision CX613 just recently started to take 4-5 seconds to start. Only when it's warm. In the mornings it fires up right away. I hope it's just an air pocket stuck in the fuel lines . Ima take it to a shop so they can run a diagnostic. I don't have any check engine lights and recently changed my fuel filter, the proper way. What helps me is I stay busy and always have a load for the most part so I can cover my overhead and miscellaneous repairs....

Delete the def system on the mack truck. That will solve alot of issues. It will run away better. I drive 2013 it has the same issues as you were listing. Delete that Def you will make a reliable again.

Possible gear on rear of air compressor. Had one come loose before. Will not build air and chews the gear up. I believe it was around $400 for the gear

You guys get out here and don’t wanna pay a note because you want to keep all the money in your pocket You’re spending more money on maintenance then if you had a truck note if you are putting more money into the truck well you won’t have any money so you really are defeating the purpose get a better truck that’s my advice to you

I lost over 100 hours of PC gameplay after my game froze during the middle of a save, nothing i did could unfreeze the game so i unplugged my computer from the power point and it corrupted my save file, every time i tried to start up MHW after that, it would read the saved file and automatically close. I still love the game, and are gonna make a new file but i want to find out how to make sure it doesn't happen again and not lose another 100 hours of gameplay. I still have the corrupted file on my computer and hope that there's a way to fix it so that i have my old saved file back.

Hey man, I hope you're doing well now. After watching several of your videos, I really feel bad for the situation you were in. I can tell you though, that your mpg were not the issue. Your issue was MONEY. You were either working too cheap, not managing your finances well, or a combination of both. This is VERY common in the trucking industry. If you were leased to a company, remember that they make money regardless of whether or not you do. You have to be willing to say NO to cheap freight, and you have to put your business first. Fix things before they become a major problem. You HAVE to separate driver pay from business income. Treat yourself as an employee. Example: Say you NET (after fuel) $4,000 per week, pay yourself $1,200 & put the remaining $2,800 into a separate business account. If you NET $3,000, pay yourself $900 & put the remaining $2,100 in your business account. Pay yourself a bonus at the end of the year if you want, but always keep $20k - $30k in the bank, just in case. Also, ALWAYS pay cash when you buy a truck. Payments will cause a person to accept cheap freight in order to make their payment. Companies & dispatchers prey on these drivers. They know you NEED the money & will give you all of the freight no one else wants. You can get AWESOME deals when buying with all cash as well. I bought a 2016 Mack sleeper truck last year for $30k cash. 350,000 miles & came complete with an APU, good tires, brakes, etc. I've already paid myself back for this purchase & turned a decent profit. Sorry for being late I had same issues. Changed diff sensor on dpf and on egr valve. Problem solved.

Hey bro I have a Mack pinnacle 2012 you don't need a motor do an overhaul, inframe the kits cost about $3,500 and another $3,500 on labor you can find the transmission for $7,000 install meaning transmission and labor some of Mack dealers. Charge a hefty price but if you look carefully and go shopping on mechanics im sure you can find a small shop that do diesel repair or a mobile diesel mechanic that knows how to do an infame job as well as a transmission hey he might give you a discount on a big job like that

I play on ps4 and well it's not xbox but It does have a upload to cloud feature that I hope i can rely on just in case this happens to me so if anybody reads this and is on ps4 make sure to do this just in case idk if this feature is on xbox but just check just in case

I hope you got rid of that truck. A good truck is vital to being an owner op. I feel for you it's a stressful gig when the truck is acting up. I went through a total I frame after my 1st year.. $30k!! Luckily the truck was pretty solid after that for a couple years so I could make some money. Now it's 5 years later and dealer says that the head needs to come off due to some regular coolant loss. 2005 truck another $12k+. No thanks I'll drive it add coolant and sell to a wrecker or trade new if I stay in this owner op business. Good luck to you we need it lol.
