We have not rented in decades but you are correct that if Trump does not win we are all in trouble. We started out hoping to downsize but with prices here in Arizona it does not make sense. We love CC and spend a lot of time there and were hoping to leave AZ. Going to wait and see what happens. Wish you the best.

I'm saying that you didn't convey your message. Make your audience want to dig deeper. The message you gave was, "You don't know what you're talking about, it really is difficult." One example and a nudge to more information on your channel would have been more effective.

The summer heat is rough, but it’s dry, so it’s bearable. Check out the Utah water conservancy website for more information on water. I don’t use a water filtration system, but you could certainly use one if it’s a concern. Southern Utah doesn’t see much with radon; however, you can have it inspected during your due diligence and then put detectors in your home for future peace of mind. Of course! I'm glad it helped to clear things up. Limited Agency would apply if it is at the same brokerage. It would be considered an in-house sale. If I'm representing you as the buyer, but I am not representing the seller, my agency to you isn't limited. However, my brokers agency is limited, because the brokerage represents both the buyer and the seller. The broker cannot provide both parties undivided loyalty, full confidentiality and full disclosure of all information known. If I represent both the buyer and the seller, then I become the limited agent. Meaning, my duties as an agent are limited. For example, I cannot give full disclosure, because I won't tell the seller the buyer's highest and best offer, and I won't tell the buyer the seller's lowest offer they'll accept. Basically, I won't do anything that will hurt either parties position. I hope that makes sense, but please feel free to reach out anytime.
