After spec shuffles cards, if you take the cards and spread them F/U on the table you can see the 2 top cards (spec will be looking at 52 cards so he won’t remember the top 2). This way if you can’t use the 2 top cards, just tell spec to make sure the cards are really random, have spec cut cards. This gives you a reason to have the cards cut.
Definitely, spectators won't notice the top two cards and it gives a good reason if you can't use them and you need the deck to get a cut. 👍🏼
Just subscribed 😊😊😊😊
Appreciate the support. Stay tuned for the next video! 😄
This is an awesome trick. I believe Penn & Teller did this trick during Covid. So we at home could do this trick as well. 😊👍😊👍😊🪄✨️✨️✨️
This is brilliant and works out from the first time trying it, thanks
Yeah, it works right off the bat. Thanks for your kind words!
Nice trick. Obviously, the splitting into 4 piles then combining across from each other is the key to putting the deck back together. It's just undoing the previous setup of flipping cards. But it's hidden in all the pseudo choices given.
Exactly, it just adds another layer of deception. That's why I love self-working tricks, some steps aren't even necessary for the effect, they just add to the deceptiveness.
This self working trick is fantastic !!! It could be easly performed as a révelation after many tricks with slight of hand, such as Triumph 4 cards as an incredible ending. Thank you for this beautiful trick. Have you a reference of the author ?
Right, you can jump right into your favourite Triumph routine after this trick. I usually go with Deadline by Yannick Barth after this trick. It involves a bit of sleight-of-hand but well worth the reaction. Also, I'm not sure where I came across this trick for the 1st time as it's been a long time but my guess would be Ultimate Self-working Card Tricks (don't remember the volume). Thanks for your comment! ❤️
Great trick thanks for sharing 👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thank you! Stay tuned for the next video.
The move of throughing away the cards dick was not professional 👀👀
This is literally the first card trick my grandfather taught me, over 50 years ago.
Wow that's amazing! Some of these self-working card tricks have been there for so long.
Crazy😮
Thanks! ❤️
This is a really good trick my friend it almost seems impossible after all of the mixing and shuffling it is truly strange how that works out LOL but I enjoyed it take care of yourself and I'll catch you on your next video your friend Billy Simmons
Yeah it's a very deceptive trick. Glad you liked it Billy! Stay tuned for the next one! ❤️
Will I fool That Magic Guy with this trick?
You probably will! I think I'm good at catching sleight of hand but these self-working tricks fly over my head lol.
Perhaps it is just me, but I do not really understand (Raymond1516) explanation. Can someone make it a little clearer? It just seems rather jumbled up.
@Raymonnd1516 just suggested to let the spectator perform each and every step of the trick. Except the part where you need to control their card to the bottom by using overhand shuffle (03:55 - This is the part where you need to do the overhand shuffle yourself). Other than this part, if you let the spectator do everything else, it'll make the trick even better. Hope this helps! 😊
Plzzz more videos.......
Stay tuned! Planning to start posting twice a week. ❤️
Really enjoyed that trick it's simple but it's mind-blowing LOL appreciate the channel enjoy your videos and I'll catch you on your next one your friend Billy Simmons
Thanks Billy! Planning to post more frequently. Appreciate your support! ❤️
pause at 0:23 during the shuffle and there is the 2 of spades with the corner ripped off
Wow --- I would have never seen that!😮
To take this to another level , I add the” Mexican flip “ to reveal the value and suit ! Remember guys to add your personal touch and flair to make it more magical and most importantly , very believable !
Thanks! That's a good take on the reveal.
Oh, sorry. I must have dozed off.
Now explain how this trick makes someone famous
The trick opens the door; the rest is up to your patter. This one for sure has the potential to be a reputation-maker!
Explain why it matters? It’s just a title on a RUclips video.

An interesting reworking of the Dream Card, always one of my favourites.
Yes, it's a good take on the Dream Card routine.
A bit complex compared to the original effect.
@@ParkinT I can't see a logical reason to remove top and bottom cards to leave the centre two, it seems an unnecessary extra.
This is a really great trick my friend thank you very much for the video and the tutorial I really enjoyed it I will definitely use this trick. Take care and I'll be watching for your next video your friend Billy Simmons
Thank you so much Billy for your kind words! I'll post a new tutorial video soon. Stay tuned!
More card color change techniques plz
Sure! Keep an eye out. I'll post a new colour change soon.
Looks cool
Thanks!
Ive beem doing this trick for years. A couple years ago i changed it slightly. I now do it with Aces, and all the other cards are blank. Adds an extra punch at the end.
That should be a nice kicker in the end!
Feels like I’m watching how to videos from the 90s. Can you use magic to get a personality to appear?
Haha sure! Will do that soon!
You might get more views that way too
Very nice trick! Thanks!!
You’re welcome! ❤
You actually can just touch the cards one time only when the overhand shuffle is needed and placing it on the other deck. The audience can do the rest; shuffle first time, dealing 26, making cut, holding the cut cards, *sneaky overhand while placing decks on each other, ask them to place the top and bottom card on the table on top of each other until the decks empty… big reveal; let the card holder count his holding cards, let someone else count that number from the other deck and flip it. 🎉 they did all the work, they don’t get it and you still get all the bitches😎 Edit: I mean Credits! 😎
Actually this will take the trick to a whole new level. Appreciate the input! ❤️
That is awesome editing and an awesome trick. thanks so much
Welcome! Glad you liked it! ❤️

Tried this trick, but now my spectator is cut in half.. where did i go wrong? And how do i put them back together??
Oops! Say ‘Hocus-Pocus Fixus!’ and pray! 😂
Nice bro
Thank you!
You didn't explain how the trick is done wtf kids tip was that
The trick is self-working with an initial setup. Key is setting up the deck in alternating red-black order, then following the steps to reveal the selected cards. Hope that helps!
@@ThatMagicGuy-29you explained it perfectly bro!
Haha thanks! Glad to hear that.
After cutting them a few times, how does it still come out divided still? Some of them would get out of phase.
The red-black order stays intact because cutting the deck doesn’t change the sequence, it just shifts the position. As long as you cut and don’t shuffle, the alternating pattern is preserved!
That was my initial thought until I really thought about it. If the order is RBRB, the bottom card will be red and the top will be black. So regardless of where the deck is cut, the red card that was at the bottom will end up on top of a black card. Depending on where it is cut, the new order could be BRBR or RBRB, but it will still be perfect alternating between red and black, and the top and bottom will be opposite colors. This is true regardless of how many times you cut the deck.
Exactly! And for the trick to work, it doesn't matter if the top or bottom card is red or black, all that matters is the alternating colors.
Not that difficult with practice it can be done I learned it from watch .cardisty video s
True, it isn't that difficult and looks pretty cool.
Saw that trick before easy to do I didn't watch card trick s for nothing like Chris Ramsey
