My long covid story pt. 2 | 1 year update | Fully recovered with DNRS
Hello everyone! It's been a while but I'm finally back with an update since my last long covid video last year. I talk about the next part of my recovery where I went from walking and working 25 % to having no physical limitations with DNRS (Dynamic Neural Retraining System). I also share other aspects of my healing journey of how I did deeper work changing core beliefs and old patterns that didn't help me. I am now more than fully recovered!
You can watch my first long covid video where I talk more about what long covid is and how I felt before I started to heal here: ruclips.net/video/bqt8q9CH_RE/видео.html

Why Deforestation is a Massive Contributor to Climate Change | Deforestation explained | #TeamTrees
Просмотров 1404 года назад
Hi! In this video I'll explain why deforestation is a massive contributor to climate change. It actually stands for 15% of all greenhouse gases! To solve this we have to think about what we eat and try to avoid food that requires a lot of land (e.g. meat and dairy) or includes palm oil. But more than that we can counteract the deforestation by planting new trees! When MrBeast reached 20,000,000...

Did you follow the practices in English or your mother language? I'm not sure what is best for the brain 😂 I understand and speak English very well but my mother language is German so I find myself switching. Thanks for letting me know, in what language you practiced your brain.

Glad I saw this. It's been a year since my nightmare began. I had to go this alone because no one knew what was wrong with me. It was scary not knowing if I was going to die , because I couldn't get help. I wound up going to the hospital ,and had every test on me you could possibly have done. They showed nothing wrong. My blood pressure was near stroke level, and my heart would race causing me to panic. PEM for days on end . I almost went to a nursing home. Time went by ,and I began healing thankfully . It is slow going for sure, but I'm about eighty percent better now.im always working on getting better, but still have a bout of tachycardia once in a while if up for a while on my feet . I get a little over 100 BPM ,but I'm learning to ride this out , and when I do it goes down to normal like a second wind. So yes I am retraining my brain as well. Like you said about signals telling you to rest the pain in your heal and such.I am hopeful that full recovery is around the corner for me. Glad you're doing well.

I am a LC long hauler but got vaccinated originally (and it made my long covid much worse). Stop "othering" with this issue. Interesting video. Can I ask if you were vaccinated before you got Covid? Are you vaccinated now? Hope you feel better. I’m also struggling.

Hi! No there was no vaccine against covid when I got it but I am vaccinated now. I am fully recovered now and will upload a video when I go into more detail about the last year very soon. Hope you feel better soon too!

Hello. Glad you recovered. I got a question. I have long covid since april. Sypmtons : shortness of breath and fatigue. Last week my wife and kids got covid. I escaped the virus by isolating myself as much as i could. But the fear for the virus made my shortness of breath much worse and kicked me 3 months back. I am breathing much worse compared to 1 week ago. How would you deal with it? It is not the virus but the fear of getting it again that made my smptons worse. Do you have any tips?

Hi! I'm sorry to hear that you going through the same thing I did. Yes fear can really make the symptoms a lot worse as it creates more stress chemistry in the brain. I would really recommend the DNRS program as that helped me to recover. If that's not available to you for some reason or in the meantime I would really try to work with that fear. Try to calm the nervous system with meditation, nature (being outside if available or just watching nature scenes and listening to nature sounds), happy films or series, conversations about joyful topics with people you love, inspiring podcast etc. Anything that will give you more calm and joy and avoid everything that triggers the opposite. Hopefully that will help! Sending hugs!

I understand, unfortunately it is not available to everyone. I'm sure there are other programs out there that are cheaper, I just don't know of them at this moment. Hopefully you can find some free resources about brain retraining/brain rewiring online. In the meantime I would recommend reducing any type of stress in your life to a minimum like choosing what type of media you consume. Stay away from news and videos about long covid (yes the first and not so happy part of this video too, the second part can hopefully be inspiring :)) and other negative topics. It can be really helpful to create a positive bubble where only input that creates calm and joy is welcome. It might sound simple and it might not be enough but giving the brain more of the good brain chemistry will set you off to a good start :) Good luck and sending hugs!

It is so brave to put yourself and share the vulnerability and your progress. I am wondering is you are feeling 100% recovered now?
