In South Little Rock, Arkansas, Arkansas State Troopers, Police pursue a black pickup truck. Arkansas State Police pursue a black chevy pickup. While attempting to pit maneuver, a police cruiser rides on the bed of the truck, before completely blocking the highway and causing a chaotic scene in which the suspect is arrested. The pickup slams into the side concrete wall and the troopers arrest the fleeing driver.
