    When you are working on a clutch - what types of fiber do you recommend?

    • @starkeart
      @starkeart 7 месяцев назад

      To stitch the piece? You can stitch it with whaterver you like to work with. Ask your local shop though, because silk ans ivory does like to pill and for things you handle alot it can be a issue. I had one person who regretted using overdyed fibers because a person spilled their drink at the table and a few drops splashed the black of a albino tiger stripe makingthe black bleed into the white. She was devastated, first time she had used it. My thought was, WHAT WAS IN THAT DRINK!😬

      1/8th you get it in the framing department at Micheals or loose matte board/foam core section at hobby lobby. If you buy online it may come too thick as some of the amazon vendors don't know the difference. Just make sure you can get free return shipping.😊

It took my local needlepoint shop six months to finish my last project (they told me there are so few people in the country who still know how to do finishing work that it really slows the process down).
