Why the music.

Two questions: 1 - Why would you rest the dough 24 hours? Whats the purpose? because everything gets old, if there is no need why would you do so, the semoline is already hidrated. 2 - Why would you add a touch of sugar syroup to the greased mold? no sense at all. Absolute prescindable step, so you shouldnt do it. You are adding unnecessary complexity to a simple recipe, for no reason at all

Extremely sweet. 1 cup of sugar in semolina mix, 2 cups of sugar in a syrup. 😱

And what size pan are you using for the recipe?

Let it rest in the refrigerator, or at room temperature?

Can I use butter instead of ghee?

Think it should say caster sugar not custard sugar.
