I need to know this for my environmental and occupational law final exam. We are doing a chapter on food safety. Thank you!
My better half and I have an ongoing issue with a neighbor who sells temperature controlled food out of her home. She has no license or permits to do such. 14 years and still going on. She has retaliated against the both of us for calling the health department on her. The Police didn't do anything to stop her, or the court system. She has been told to get a license or permit to sell, and she won't. She has no regard for no ones safety, or doesn't care at all if someone gets sick. Her family has fired gun shots to arson fires at our home, with little to no police presence. She still tries to sell hot food to people on the street still, but hates us for it. She called it a lemonade stand, but in reality she's treating her home like it's a small restaurant. It doesn't pay to turn this activity in, without punishment. I have been told to keep reporting her, when she does but how without further aggression? Who's going to stop her? She said a long time ago, I am going to do what I want, and no one is going to stop me. So if the law don't get in involved, who's going to take action?

You can do this without pressure but my friend there's nothing like tutorial in dishwashing. Just be fast and maintain it clean.
Appreciate the attempt but…please revise/edit this video. Using an infrared thermometer to “target” food surfaces across a reach-in/walk-in cooler does NOT provide a reliable reference temperature. Most infrared thermometers at 8” away detect SURFACE temperatures 1” in diameter. And that is only reliable on non-reflective surfaces. Remember, internal temperatures are what is important. Inspectors set a very poor example when they rely exclusively/primarily on infrared thermometers for internal food temperatures. Use it on non-reflective equipment surfaces, such as for tile or evaporator fan guards, etc. DO NOT use it for food temperatures. 🙄

Lmfao at my work, I use the sink on the right to rinse off debris and middle for detergent and left for sanitizer
@@cyansquad6763 For the place I work at it's disposal sanitizer, soapy water. Dishwasher on the left and the long countertop on the right, against the sinks lift side countertop making a corner. I use counter on the left. I do a lot of side steps.😅
